  1. No problem. Please let us know how you go on
  2. These blocks are cached, which is likely why you are seeing that. Are you referring to on here?
  3. You would access this within your Admin CP, and then visit System->Site Features->Menu Manager Please see the following guide, which may assist you further there https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/setting-up-your-menu-r27/
  4. Glad to see we managed to get this sorted out for you, and a new SSL applied.
  5. We are assuming here that this was one of the 3rd party items mentioned by my colleague that was causing this problem. I will mark this solved for this reason, as we havent had a respond from yourself since last Monday. If of course you still have the issue, please let us know.
  6. Unfortunately, without access Im not sure what else I can really suggest. You can check your server error logs to see if anything is stored there, and also yoru browser console logs. We would not usually support development installs either
  7. Please update your URL and access details on file. I can then take a look. This sounds more an issue than the other. Is there anyone else able to log into your front end?
  8. Having so many plugins will indeed cause you issues at some point. Could you please try another browser and see if you can get logged in there?
  9. Just a quick update on this. My colleague was able to replicate the problem, so we can taking a look into this. Thank you for reporting
  10. Are you running any plugins on your browser at all? If so, please disable all of these first of all
  11. As mentioned, we generally would not have an action like this, as with many items it can cause a lot of problems if you stop things mid process. Im very glad to hear you managed to get that sorted though, and good luck with getting everything back to where you need
  12. I am unable to replicate this on my own end. Could you please clarify before I continue, is this only happening on "unread"? Sorry, I also note there that the error message shows guest. Are you logged in when you test this?
  13. Sorry for the delay there. Your ticket is with an higher tier of support, and therefore can take longer to process than our standard support
  14. @John_C did you manage to get this resolved?
  15. Just to add to what my colleague mentioned there, if you dont want to deal with hosting issues at all, we do offer a cloud hosted solution which may better suit your needs. You would then be able to concentrate on just running your site. The options for those you can find here https://invisioncommunity.com/buy
  16. @Askancy Did you manage to get yourself sorted there?
  17. @djohnson_merged is everything now ok for you there? I am going to Mark my colleagues post as the solution, however if you are still having issues, please do let us know
  18. @PokemonMillennium Did you managed to find an answer to your question here?
  19. Have you managed to get those queries run on your server now, @SIRAPHONG RITTATHAM ?
  20. Please could you also provide the item mentioned by my colleague there? It just means we can save some time and get to the bottom of the issue for you
  21. @CoffeeCake Please could you confirm if you can replicate this with all plugins on the browser removed. Unfortunately we cannot replicate our end, so it does seem its an issue on your browser side there, but would like to think we have suggested everything we can to resolve the issue for you
  22. Thank you for reporting the bug there, and for the detail you have got to in order to show what is happening. I have added this to our internal bug tracker so that it can be resolved in a future release.
  23. The SSL Certificate set on your server expired on 7th October. As a self hosted customer, you would need to contact your hosting company to resolve this issue for you
  24. Please check these as you appear to have display name set as the login details, and your site only uses email
  25. If you choose to keep your own, as it seems you have there, then the new default set would not be added to your system. I can certainly go ahead and add those as a cloud customer if you would like me to go ahead and do that? Would you like everything in the ranks/rules/badges areas removing entirely and replacing with the new default sets? With yours, as a self hosted customer you would need to do this using the files in your download. You can find the XML import files for these in \applications\core\data\achievements
