  1. Thank you for your feedback 🙂 Glad to see it resolved the issue
  2. Please let us know the result of that.
  3. Glad to hear you managed to resolve the issue there. Really this is not intended to be used in the way you are describing. You should be using "Group formatting" rather than adding spam tags in the group name
  4. Ive got another ticket in there for you, as something still doesnt look right
  5. Do you have the name of that block so I can take a look please, Sonya?
  6. You would need to check with your hosting company how to upload files. As a self hosted customer, it really is something you need to know as a basic in order to successfully operate your site. In this case, you need to download a fresh set of files from your client area, then upload them via ftp to your server. The issue isnt that the files dont exist, its that the files will be out of date
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  10. We can assist you with that. I will get a ticket started for you and we can get that sorted
  11. A 403 message is your server denying access somewhere. You would need to contact your hosting company to ascertain where the issue is occuring. Check for things like mod_security
  12. You need to ensure your email in the client area is one in which you can receive emails on. I would suggestion changing your email to one you have access to, as that could cause you issues.
  13. Can I just clarify, you now have it working?
  14. Please could you provide me the name or ID of that member?
  15. You would need to upgrade before we are able to assist there. You are quite a significant number of releases behind
  16. Yes, it was fixed. Could I please clarify if they were just given the promotion, or if they were given it prior to you running that? I ask as it would not reverse a previous action
  17. You would then need to contact your hosting company on this, as either mbstring has an issue on your server, or your task isnt being run under the PHP version you think it is. This is however a hosting issue, and not something it is possible for us to resolve at a software level, unfortunately
  18. You would need to contact your hosting company to see what exactly is timing out there. It may well be mysql timeouts, or it could even be hitting a memory limit. I will move your ticket to our hosting forum to see if anyone there has some ideas for you that may be more familiar with nginx environments
  19. I certainly understand the situation there. For the most part however, it would tend to be a quick test between one version and the next. Most will tend to be put fix releases only. In this one, you simply happened to be between 2 releases that are larger in size.
  20. This is Actually an issue on your PHP installation. Its missing the mbstring extention which is required for the software to run
  21. No problem at all. Thats what we're here for 🙂
  22. What are analytics? Analytics are a way of tracking and reporting website traffic on your site. We offer the ability to integrate your google analytics, google tag manager, or mamoto analytics into your site by simply entering the code given into your adminCP Adding these to your site You can switch on Google Analytics, Google Tag manager or Mamoto integration by visiting the following location within your adminCP. System -> Site Features -> Integrations Select "Enable" under the relevant option, and enter the code given to you by google in the relevant boxes. API Key Entry This is all that is needed to integrate these. You should now see your analytics being captured in the relevant platforms
  23. This looks to be an issue with the stream configuration, possibly with the missing title, as mentioned by my colleague in the ticket. Without access however, it really is impossible for us to know for sure
  24. This should be fixed in 4.6.10. Please could you confirm?
  25. There is no way in which to schedule posts at present
