  1. It looks like its being caused by the newsletters application you have there. Please disable this and test again
  2. I do have this and looking Davy, dont worry 🙂 Could you PM me your IP?
  3. You would simply uninstall the themes, then reinstall them from the custom download
  4. Your rules are currently set for more than 1 post. Both those members have 1 post, so would not fit the criteria as of yet
  5. I have just been informed we actually use maxmind geolocation, so it may not actually make any difference which you choose there unfortunately
  6. As mentioned by Sonya, its based-on tags. I believe she got in the wrong way around in the first comment
  7. It seems you are missing files there, so I would advise on uploading a fresh set of files from your client area first of all, and then trying the upgrade again from /admin/upgrade
  8. I have taken a look at this. The issue here is that mapbox is simply nowhere near as accurate at IP locations as google. If you look at the site here which appears to use mapbox, you will see its returning different locations for different providers of IP data. Some of them being the areas you mention. This isnt something we are able to resolve, as its what we are being returned. The only option would be to switch to using google https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup
  9. It is indeed likely a language issue, but the language issue is with the 3rd party items. We cannot diagnose issues with 3rd party items. If you can determine what the issue is with your 3rd party developer and it appears to be something in core they can provide more details on, we can certainly then take a look at that. I can fully appreciate that you have stated it has been dragging on weeks here, but it does need to be noted this topic was started on Sunday. Also, we have asked if you can go back to the developers of those 3rd party items on more than one occasion. I have flagged this topic so that a developer can review, but it is extremely difficult to assist if you're unwilling to follow the advice we are giving.
  10. Thank you for letting us know 🙂
  11. Please update this on file within your client area, along with correct ftp details.
  12. Before we do anything further, please rebuild the search index with those items switched off, then test again once the index is done. You can do this from system>Settings>Search using the button in the top right
  13. Do you have an example member you believe should have been moved? I can then take a look for you
  14. If you go through what others have suggested above, that will indeed get you a decent privacy policy. As was mentioned by Chris, often taking a look at what others have done can be extremely helpful too
  15. When looking at that table, that means that is where its hooked. You can see there is a plugin ID (21) on that table, meaning it is indeed coming from a plugin. The plugin on your system with that ID is "Subscription Privacy"
  16. I have tagged our developers here, who are better placed to respond to your question.
  17. Are you still seeing the issue there? If so, what pages are you seeing this on? As we run a cloud product, the customers request may not have been as daft as you assumed there 😉
  18. I see your site is now back online. If you have any further issues, please let us know
  19. Generally you would add adverts in the location you choose with adsense, as shown here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/promotion/internal-advertising-r57/
  20. If you are not seeing that, I would need to know what forum on your site so I can take a look for you
  21. We provide only integration with sendgrid. We can send emails through any email provider at all. Just to clarify that point
