  2. Do you have any other information from stripe there? You stated they said its not complete, but what exactly is incomplete? Do they show what they are awaiting to complete it?
  3. You would need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area (or just applications/nexus if you are happy to selectively upload). You will then see it available again to install

  11. Im a bit lost as to what issues you are having here. What reason is it you need to know where the item itself is saved?
  12. This can only be EXIF not working on your server. You would need to contact your hosting company to correct that
  13. Completely understand there, and if its something which is stopping you upgrading we would of course take a look beforehand. When its something like that which is not really causing you any issues, we would generally ask you to update first of all. Glad to see you are now there though 🙂

  16. As mentioned above, you would need to either purchase a custom theme which has its navigation like this, or employ someone to create a theme in the manner you choose. There is no way in which to do this as a built in item
  17. You mention you have the same issue. Are you using varnish cache? If so, please disable this as this was the cause
  18. The only thing that can cause this is if EXIF is not present in the image, or EXIF is not working correctly on your server. Have you tested uploading on our site in the test area?

  20. Have you tried that? Im asking as while it would indeed be regenerated, it would then be generated without the plugin detail, so shouldnt be causing you errors then
  21. I can understand that, however we do need to be able to test fully without these items on there, so unfortunately is a necessary step in this case.
  22. This can be caused by many things, so you would need to submit your own ticket if needed and we can advise accordingly
