  1. I can see the issue there with prefixes, but not in other content not being brought through. Could I ask you to test this without any 3rd party items enabled first of all? Also, please ensure you are testing on a database using stop templates. I will get a bug report in for the prefix issue
  2. This would indicate that there is an issue with that plugin unfortunately. You need to ensure they are the correct version. If they are, you would need to check with the author of those items
  3. We would not limit the connections to your database. Its your hosting company that is limiting connections there, and not the software
  4. Glad to see you have resolved the issue there 🙂
  5. Do you have any 3rd party items there? If so please disable and try again. I am seeing no issues even with the attachments being used by yourself there. If there is then still an issue, please ensure all access is up to date on file
  6. I have spoken to my colleague here, and the reason for this is that this change was intentional. As mentioned, you would need to add a sub to those users if you wish to enforce purchase of items. This does not affect anything on old accounts, which is why you are seeing some differently
  7. You would need to contact sendgrid if you are getting that message showing, as that message is coming back from them
  8. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact
  9. I dont seem to be able to replicate this on our end at all. Please could you zip an example attachment you are using?
  10. On the subscriptions page, you would use the + at the side of any of the subscriptions to add a member. To be honest, the issue here is actually the member who can access, as they shouldnt be able to. Your system is actually not allowing me to log in as members, so if you would like me to check that I need to disable all 3rd party items, including the application you have set as default. If you would like me to go ahead with that, please let me know. The correct way in which to do this however is to add a subscription
  11. Im not sure what it is you are manually adding to them, as Im seeing no purchase. If your system is enforcing purchases, you would need to add a purchased product to those members.
  12. Do you have an example topic I can take a look at that people are still responding to? Also could you confirm if any at all are being archived?
  13. Very glad to see that resolved the problem for you
  14. This is actually quite an old post, however it does appear to have been missed for some reason, so please do let us know if you are experiencing the same issue
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  16. I would ask yourself why you are switching it on. Switching on that setting 'can' save processing time and memory usage. It doesn't necessarily mean it will. Some servers are good with that switched on, and others it can cause issues with. So it will depend on your server also. I wouldn't advise looking at advanced configuration with a few to changing settings. In general, if something is set as defaulted to the off position, there is usually good reason for this. If you are unsure on what the setting does, and its in that section, you probably shouldnt touch that.
  17. You would need to contact your hosting company in resolving the issue there. Connection to your database is being refused by the database server, using the details in your conf_global.php file. So unless you have modified that file, there is an issue on your server.
  18. I hadnt missed it, dont worry. I'm trying to get as many as possible to see if we can pinpoint where the issue is. Also please ensure you include any and all extensions/plugins that may be running on those browsers. (I realise one of them said they hadnt)
  19. The issue is that the system cannot write to uploads or one of its subdirectories. You need to ensure all subfolders are also writable, as at present they arent
  20. Is there is an issue with tmp, you will need to contact your hosting company to resolve this. That will certainly be what us causing your upload issues
  21. If you go to the subscriptions section in your admin CP, and select settings in the top right, you can switch off that requirement
  22. I have tagged our developers here who may be able to advise on this
  23. There is no way in which to so this for currency at the present time
  24. Im not sure on what you mean on the first part there. You would need to explain further ehat you mean there, as you mention your IPS only works in spanish. Im not sure what relation that has to your currencies. You have to set what the default is for a language pack, but there is nothing else to set that with. With regards payment methods, there is no way in which to restrict these to only set payment methods at the present time.
