  5. I suspect there is an issue with writing template disk cache which you have switched on. I have just switched that off for you. Please could you check again to see if that resolves your issue?

  8. It would help more to understand what you already haves et up, and what is not working. You would use the "Must associate" options to achieve this at the bottom of the product setup page (first tab)
  9. Of course its possible to hire someone to develop things. What is possible and what isnt, would depend on the expertise of the person you choose to hire.

  11. What I mean here is you say you set a custom price. I need a specific example. For example, have you changed the price on the product its related to, or on the custom item itself? Which custom item have you changed, as an example, and what did it change to when you did this?
  12. First of all, please go to your email settings in the admin CP. On that page you will see email errors in the top right. See if you have anything showing up in there
  13. Please go to your admin CP, select "support" in the top right, and then click on "clear cache". Once you have done that, try again, and see if this has resolved your issues
  14. I would say this is indeed likely to be the case. Ask the user to clear their browser cache. I can see from the image there that things are not all loading, which may indicate they are having connection issues
  15. There is no way in which to do it within the core platform. It would require modification to do this. Closed clubs are indeed intended to work in that manner
  16. Unfortunately it seems not so easy to reproduce, as none of us have been able to reproduce in any way. This is why we need more information from as many people as possible.

    If you take a look at the following page, there are guides on pages on the left which will get you started on how to use the software. Go through the recipes guide, which shows how to make a recipe section. Once you have done that, you will have enough knowledge to build a basic application form system as you mention there.
  19. On looking further into this, the issue is with imagemagick on the server. You would need to get your hosting company to look into this no decode delegate for this image format
  20. I would need another example. That topic would not fit the criteria as the last post was not more than 7 years ago
  21. You can try recursuively setting all files to 644 and all folders to 755 first of all in any case. At present files are 777 which is unusual, and may be what is causing you issues.

  23. We would not be able to assist with connection issues on your database unfortunately. The reality is, you have more connections from your site than your hosting will allow. Database connections will be kept open only for as long as they are needed by the system
