  3. System->Settings->Advanced Configuration, template caching is what you need to disable. If you are unsure, post in the support area. We will move it here if its unsupported.
  4. Please let us know the actions that stock action performs. I cannot replicate any issues on a standard stock action I have set up here
  5. What you posted there is not an error log, it's a template. Please try disabling template caching if you have that enabled. Also, if you need support on a stock item, please post in the support forum
  6. As mentioned, you would need to edit the template to do this. Core->Global->Footer is the template if you are interested in customisation
  7. I think there is some confusion here. Renewal, either you or they can do. They cant purchase, as they already have an item, which is expired. So they would go to their "manage purchases" page and renew from there. What it actually looks like has happened here however is that the renewal terms have been removed, so there is no way to renew. So you can either delete as shown in the screenshot. Or add some renewal terms back in by selecting the edit icon and adding them. If you add renewal terms then you will see generate renewal, and they will also see that under their manage purchases section. Hope that explaination makes it a little clearer, however if not please do let us know

I believe we need to clear a few things up here, as I see this has come up quite a few times in tickets with yourself as well as in topics Contacting another software company to find out why our software isn't allowing something is not going to give you the correct answer. Quite simply, it depends on what method they are using to integrate with paypal. We use paypal subscriptions, which does not allow this to be done at the present time. Whether or not you believe that to be correct is of course entirely up to your own discretion. We unfortunately can only tell you how we integrate. We can speak to you and assist you in getting to where you wish to be, if its possible within our platform. However stating we are incorrect leaves us at a bit of a loss on how to assist. Simply, if you dont believe what we say about the software we wrote, how can we help? And I see there have been suggestions about that, so thank you for those. This is correct, yes.
  9. We have an open discussion internally to improve on this. In order to renew them, simply click on the dropdown at the side of it and click generate renewal or click delete

  11. You would need to contact your hosting company on the display errors issue. This is not something we are able to assist with. If you have just switched them off, then you can dismiss that message and it shouldnt return. For the theme issue, you need to speak to the developer of that theme. If however you are seeing the same on a default unaltered theme, please let us know
  12. The admin details on file are incorrect unfortunately. Did you disable cloudflare as advised? Also, is this only happening on 3rd party themes?
  13. Please add email for the login, rather than display name, as your login method requires email at present
  14. Yours I believe was stored in /cache/ . It can actually be stored wherever you choose. When you enable that option, it asks where you want to store it. If its causing you issues, you are indeed best to simply leave that option switched off though, so glad to see you are online now 🙂
  15. The reality is, you are asking fot something that isnt present. As I mentioned previously, you would need to indicate yourself in some way that they need to purchase another item in order to purchase that. Adding a description with a link to the other item would be the most common way to achieve this. I do need to point out something you mention in your first post, which has been pointed out before. This statement is incorrect It is PayPal which does not allow this. If you switched to using stripe, you would not have the issue of not being able to do that. If you have an initial term that's different, PayPal Subscriptions cannot be used. It is not commerce itself that cannot be used, just PayPal subscriptions.

  17. OK, so "Test product" should be set to can associate. The test renewal product should be either can associate, or must associate. It will then not allow you to add the test renewal product unless you have test product in the cart already, or you already have one purchased. You would then add into the description "Must purchase x in order to purchase this product" or similar.

  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. You would have "must be associated" set on the item that must be associated with another. Only you can answer the question as to what that is. As an example, we have a core product. People can purchase forum, or gallery, or any other application. Those applications must be associated with core. So the first question here is, can you purchase any one of those without the other? Do you want people to be able to purchase a renewal without a course?
  21. Any you had set up already would be in the new section. Analytics is shown as a search word, but not google analytics. I can add a bug report for that to get that added
  22. Sorry, I thought you meant in our support section. That is not a support section for us. It's a support application you can use on your site. Taking a look at this, the first one has 2 expired subscriptions. As mentioned, you need to either generate a renewal for those or remove them
  23. Not at all. Its simply moved to System>Site Features>Integrations
  24. Its essentially that its not written properly to the location you choose for template cache. Before you do anything else, if you wish to switch it on, try deleting the contents of that folder and switching it back on It does need to be noted, only switch this on if you have a reason to do so. While it 'may' improve performance, that doesn't necessarily mean it will. It could be different from host to host.
  25. There is no built in way to globally amend the footer, other than within templates. You could add any block to the bottom of an individual page, but it would be to that page type only, and not a global thing. There are plugins I have seen in the marketplace which will allow you to achieve this, so it may be worth taking a look there.
