  1. Please let us know once you have changed that and if that resolves your issue
  2. LOL not a problem. Happens to us all at some point
  3. You cannot withot it being reverted entirely, both files and database. Please let me know if you decide to do that, as I will then close your ticket. If you wish for us to take a look, you need to do nothing until the ticket is looked into
  4. I have created a ticket on this for you, so that we can take a closer look
  5. It doesnt actually seem to be a block in your case. You would need to check your theme as it looks like its in yoru theme there somewhere
  6. The only way to do that would be to revert to backups taken prior to your upgrade. Please let us know if you are doing this before we intervene
  7. Its not actually as simple as that to achieve, whether it be mobile or desktop, its essentially the very same theme. It simply moves based on the width and 'drops' down.
  8. We need all details updating there, rather than just the user and password. Unfortunately the username and password are incorrect, as we have established there.
  9. It would seem so, yes. I suspect what is happening there is it's a combination of things, which is why you arent seeing it when you disable manually. For example, it may be something is not being cleared in cache when a plugin is disabled.
  10. I can move your ticket to advanced self-hosting here, where people may be able to assist. We are unable, as part of support, to assist with how to run queries on your hosting unfortunately. You would be better not using something that is unmanaged if you are unsure how to run queries to be honest.
  11. I think you are misunderstanding there. You need to add those details, so that we have details to access your site
  12. Sorry, please could you provide more information as to what you are checking there, and what exactly you switched on?
  13. This being the case, you need to revert to the backup taken before you upgrade, and uninstall forums from your admin CP at System->Site Features->Applications first of all. This is happening because you have an application installed that you are not licensed for.
  14. If rewriting is not working, you need to follow the instructions given in the text there. If you are sure you only have the default htaccess in place, you need to contact your hosting provider as mentioned
  15. Happens to us all at some point 🙂 Very glad to managed to get things back to a working state there
  16. Using a fresh one as above would always be a good start. I would say here, have you checked to ensure your new hosting meets minimum requirements before you start? Moving really shouldnt be that difficult from one host to another.
  17. There is nowhere to download them. They are installed with the software. Some items do indeed have number on them by default
  18. You would not be able to install it from the marketplace once you have updated. You can only install items that are shown as compatible with your version of the platform.
  19. Very glad to hear you like the new support method. We do indeed aim for support to be as quick as possible. 🙂
  20. It was not something in which we could easily share, however as my colleague stated there, we have added into the latest patched release something that will resolve the issue during the upgrade process I see your issue has also been resolved in the ticket on this one, so you should be good to go. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues
  21. Unfortunately there are no details on file for me to assist. The only error there is that the upgrade isnt complete, and you are using the wrong password. Could I just check with you that you are using the correct admin username and password? It should be the one you use to get into your admin CP at that point, and not client area. Please could you add your access details on file?
  22. No problem. Just to let you know, it is very likely it's the fault of the ads themselves, as they will place themselves where they like, often breaking layouts
  23. Actually, just to add to this, you could potentially also rename "Recommended" to anything you like using the language system.
  24. Feel free to post that up within our suggestions area for review 🙂
