  1. There is indeed. For the defaults for members Go to Members->Member Settings->Notifications and edit the "Followed content" option. For individuals as a personal preference Click your name->Account Settings->Notification Settings->Followed Content
  2. There would be no way other than a custom conversion to import files from an XML file unfortunately. If there were issues with a conversion, it really needs to be dealt with at the time, and its possible it would require a new conversion. I see however that this was done some time ago.
  3. I have created a ticket to get this resolved for you. Please see my response to that ticket on your email
  4. Do you have any test instances running anywhere at all?
  5. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can look into this further. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  6. This is actually the standard picker for the browser. If you click the year, it should let you select the year
  7. It can of course. Anything at all that adds or changes your layout could cause issues if not done correctly
  8. This is the way in which its been designed at present, and so probably more a suggestion than a support query. I will move this to the suggestion forum so this may be considered in a future release.
  9. There is no way in which to delete notifications. These are automatically deleted after a period of time determined in your admin CP. We would not suggest trying to delete these manually. If you go to Members->Member Settings->Notifications within your admin CP, you will see a prune settings button in the top right
  10. We would indeed need an admin account to be set up on file so we can look into this. If you would let us know your username, what you are seeing, what you are expecting to see, and a link to the item, we can then take a closer look for you
  11. At present we need access details to the admin area of your site populating there. We can then take a look for you. If you need your host to assist you with that, please speak to them. However this is admin details, not hosting details
  12. Please disable the videos application and then check again, as this appears to be coming from that application
  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. ---------------- With regards defaults you need to set both pages as the default applicaton, and the page as the default page.
  14. Please bear in mind items will only show if there is something in them to show. This is likely what is causing issues here. For example, you have a clubs block, but do you have any clubs with content? You have a category but is there anything in that category? If you can update access details, I can advise further. You need to add your email to log in with, as currently you have displayname, but email is set up on your site
  15. They are not enabled on here at present. Y ou have to go through facebooks review process in order to be allowed to use the embed these days unfortunately.
  16. This is not something in which is possible at present unfortunately.
  17. In the first instance, please try using recovery mode to correct this. Its very likely you have items on your site in which are not currently compatible with PHP 8.1 https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  18. Im not sure how we can really answer the question over what is stated there. The scanner will scan for incompatible apps and disable them if they are found to be an issue. If they arent, they would not be disabled
  19. This is something you would need to take up with your hosting provider. Its not something in which the invision software itself is causing there
  20. As of yet, we do not support version 8 on the platform.
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. Glad to see my colleague managed to get the issue with your telegram login handler resolved.
  23. You would need to check with your hosting company as 403 is an access denied message
  24. Before we continue, please could you apply the patch that is showing within the support area of your admin CP. This will certainly resolve your delete issue, and it will also recache, which may solve the other issues
