  2. Old ranks were moved to a custom profile field, as the system itself was replaced with the achievements system. You can see custom profile fields, along with how to add them here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/custom-profile-fields-r172/
  3. We wouldnt usually advise on updating files yourself, as it may cause you issues down the line. Of course if you have updated it yourself, you will need to update that file on every update, and of course it means the core issue is never actually being resolved on your system. If you would like for us to take a closer look at what is causing the actual problem, please let us know.
  4. The first question I would ask, is have you tested this on a default unaltered theme?
  5. You have a lot of instances there where the server is denying access to things. I would suggest checking those with your hosting company
  6. Have you checked the requirement checker after you have updated to PHP 8? https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  7. This is something that has been resolved in the next upcoming release
  8. I have managed to get in there now, and would suggest updating your site to the latest release. You are currently on an earlier 4.7 release, which will have had many bug fixes since
  9. This still appears to be enabled unfortunately
  10. Please could you also disable 2 factor authentication whlie we take a look at this?
  11. You would remove the announcement from your modCP. Please see the following guide, which shows on these work
  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

  14. Please go to Support in the top right of your admin CP, then select to clear cache on the right. That should clear the issue if its cache that is causing the problem for you
  15. You would indeed need to whitelist them if that is the case. We cannot give information on how the score is calculated and why they got the score they did unfortunately.
  16. Its move likely to be a MOV video file, which is not supported by windows
  17. Ah, of course. You can then change that message using language strings also if you wanted to do so. Am I correct in saying you now have what you need? Also, your site is fascinating
  18. Its part of it, yes. And the main part that would generally cause an issue if you have incorrectly cached data
  19. If this becomes the case, please let us know There would have had to have been at least one, in order to add the application 😉
  20. Glad to hear you found the issue you were having
  21. Before anything else, please disable all 3rd party items and test with them disabled. We tend to find these to be the cause in such cases
  22. I would say disable redis first of all in that case. Given the dates seem to match, it would be a sensible place to start
  23. You are stuck between a versino which cant use PHP 8 and one that requires it, which is what is causing your issue. You will need to manually upgrade. So upload a fresh set of files from your client area, ensure you are running PHP 8, then run the upgrade from /admin/upgrade
