  1. That section is in the developers section for people developing on the software. This is not related to this, but actually just a core bug on the front end, so a support issue. Sorry if there is any confusion there. It has actually been moved here so that it does get attention. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. The first thing I would do here is to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, to make sure the file itself is not corrupt.   5. I think the confusion here is you are looking at a calendar year. Thats incorrect. What its doing is charging for a year, starting today, then taking off what they have already paid for the month, minus what they already used for this month. So it would indeed be almost a full year.
  6. Ah, now I see. If you want the users to be able to actually upload the images, that would require modification. You wouldnt be able to do it within the current platform. However the rest is correct, yes. The way I was suggesting above, they would actually have to have those images uploaded somewhere that they can link to. So they would add the links there. (Dont use attachment links as that will actually cause you more issues than it solves)
  7. Matt did indeed look into it, as promised. And its very likely we will continue to do so. However at the present time, as the intention of this was to push forward dates, its simply breaking things. To be clear here, we were indeed upfront that this wasn't the intention of the function. This was stated before we said we would look into it, and can understand the frustration. We did, and we still do. However the reality is we cant leave quite large bug on the system, while we continue to look at getting the system to work in a manner that wasnt originally intended. We need to fix that bug, and did so.

  9. There is no function to reprocess images that already exist in terms of the originally saved images unfortunately.
  10. Have you recently upgraded? If so, please check you have no custom furls, as it may be that these are breaking your site
  11. Seeing the issue and being able to replicate it are 2 different things and its going to need to be us who can replicate. To give an analogy here, you are saying there is an issue with your car making a noise. You know there is as your partner has recorded it, and you have sent us that recording. We know its happening, but if the car isnt making the noise when we get it, nor can you tell us how to get it to make the noise, there isnt anything present for us to fix.
  12. There would never be a bug fix for this as we simply cant replicate it. If there is a way in which you find to replicate the issue, please do let us know, but in order to resolve an issue, we would actively need to be able to replicate it
  13. What I mean is the layout itself isnt built to accommodate that data. So not only would you need to change the output, you would also need to change the templates to accommodate that output. This however is a 'perhaps'. I havent tried or tested to do anything of that manner.
  14. If you are unsure how to use the plugin, you would need to speak to the author on that.
  15. Hi Haim, There isnt really a suspended/banned group. This is a state of a user account rather than a group. You can add custom profile fields for any extras you want to add like this. Please see the following guide on how to do this You would need to add your own markup for this within the group settings. You will see "Group Formatting" on there, which you can switch to use html if required
  16. You would need customisation in order to achieve something like this. Possibly utilise the field to add URLs and some heavily customised templates perhaps.
  17. I believe you may have read my previous response incorrectly. The intention of the feature is for delaying the publication of items. Feesability within the scope, and ability are not one and the same there. We do of course appreciate the suggestion there

  20. Unfortunately, until we look into these things fully, its not always certain how they will turn out. In the case here the correct fix was to make it work as intended, which was indeed what Matt had originally pointed out above. It simply wasn't feesable to do in another way, as it wasn't intended to work that way in the first place unfortunately.
  21. That does indeed indicate a default theme, however there were none of these on your site, other than that which I created. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can look into this further for you Just to note here, only the M ones are liekly an issue here. The other templates there are likely from a 3rd party item, and therefore are custom
  22. This is correct There is no way in which to do this. The function you are looking at is simply not built for what you are trying to use it for there unfortunately.
  23. Before we continue here, could I ask if we are referring to gallery or attachments?
  24. This is being dealt with (as far as cloud is concerned) via your ticket. Please respond there and we can get you sorted out as far as purchasing the wrong invision product is concerned.
  25. This is incorrect. His site is already at root. Its just the default application that is not set to forums. If you wish to have forums as the default landing page, please go to System>Site Features>Applications and select the star icon at the side of the forums application
