  3. In group 32 (heavenly) you have placed html markup for the group that was very broken. I have now removed that for you, and things should be showing properly again.

  5. I would need an example member you are seeing this with. With no 3rd party items set on your site, I was seeing no issues with polls
  6. This can be done by dimensions (system>Settings>Posting) only. There is no way to do so by specific file size. There is no way in which to preview the 2 file types at present. This is not something that would be possible without modification

  8. Not so much difficulty, as there being multiple ways around resolving the issue. However we do have to bear in mind that we have this issue showing at present with only 1 person (yourself), so while the issue is valid, and we do have a bug report open for it, we have to bear in mind the majority of our clients on this, and ensure any fixes do not affect other areas. Groups of course affect every area of the suite, and the vast majority of people will not have over 62 groups. It's a very individual and unusual use case

  10. As mentioned in the above, unread content would not be visible to guests, as guests do not have unread content
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   12. No, as it would only trigger when a new record is posted and that record is visible.

  14. I would suggestion checking these at a module level, as you have removed permission for them at some point.   15. Sorry, Im still not clear what the question is there. If you are picking up only items which are visible, they would not be picked up, as they are not yet published (so not visible)
  16. You would not access the admin CP from your wordpress site. You would access it from your community location. So it would be yourSiteURL/admin
  17. Sorry, Im not sure I understand what question you are asking here. Zapier (or whatever you are using zapier to push to) would behave in whatever way you tell it to behave if the publish date is in the future

  20. Yes, that is correct, as rank is now set by achievements, and achievements do not work in that way unfortunately
  21. What is it that is currently broken? As mentioned by my colleague, achievements replaced ranks. Achievements do not ignore the fact that a forum is set not to count toward postcount.
  22. Mail is not send for items generated as the result of rebuilding achievements
