  3. Sorry to hear this. Of course, we take security seriously, and in todays world of AI, giving half the game away is not good practice at all. Security will always win over preference
  4. Its worth pointing out here, some of the files you have in locations have never actually been there. So its more than just leaving traces there. You could certainly do it the way you have done there. However personally, if it were me I would have gone about it by sorting out your 4.x installation first. To do that, you would do the following Delete everything other than - Uploads Folder -conf_global.php - constants.php (if you have it) - plugins folder Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Its important to note the following This doesnt take into account any 3rd party applications you may have in your applications folder. If you do have any, copy those folders out, and re-add them to your uploads folder once the above is done It assumes all storage locations are in the default 'uploads' location. You would need to adjust your steps accordingly if you have changed these
  5. Im not sure what you mean there. Could you perhaps screenshot and can see if I can point you in the right direction. It may be you need to target the CSS for something specific

  11. What are the database errors you are getting? In the support section of your admin CP, before you begin, do you have "Enable mb4" showing under the mysql section?

    I can see it happening in your recording, but unfortunately Im still not able to replicate this in any way Is this on your on hosting? If you changed it after you created the tag originally, do you perhaps have some level of caching somewhere perhaps?

    We are unable to replicate in here. As asked by my colleague, is this an upgrade test of an existing site?
  18. Its accessible from what I can see. My best guess would be that your hosting is blocking google from accessing that page. The message itself doenst give you much, but it does seem to indicate it cannot get to it at all.
