  1. Either that or transfer the site and delete the content. It really depends how much you have there to delete
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. You need to contact your hosting company and ask that they increase your memory limit, as its being hit at present and causing you those issues
  4. And as if by magic. Gone! 🙂 There seems to have been a problem whereby the upgrader should have run through its processes at the end of application, and hasnt. So thats now been done for you.
  5. Thank you for your feedback. Of course, we do indeed try to ensure the quality of our releases, however there will be times where there are unexpected issues that occur, such as in the latest release. However, generally, we are seeing less issues raised, rather than more, as a general trend. This is not to say there haven't been a few issues, which have indeed been patched. What I would say is that when there are issues in a release, these are not something we ignore even after the patch or release has gone out to resolve them. We are constantly improving processes in order to try and minimise these. 🙂
  6. You would need to whitelist this location /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace
  7. It means the person is not allowed to renew their purchase for some reason. As mentioned, I would need an example (member and club)
  8. Sorry, thats my mistake in understanding there. Could I ask, as you using default templates for your database there?
  9. Sorry to hear you have lost data there. I can only suggest that before performing large actions such as these, taking full backups to ensure this is not possible to happen. Im not sure what you mean on the recounting there. What is it you need to be recounted?
  10. Its quite unlikely we would begin adding something to work around hosting companies not having the proper capabilities, to be honest. Using a self hosted environment, you should be looking for your host to meet the requirements your software requires, rather than looking for a workaround.
  11. Sorry to hear you are being told this. I'm not sure where it is they get that impression, as we create tables and they will be created on the server with whatever the default is for that servers MySQL setup. Just taking a quick search there, this looks like it may help https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3856435/how-to-convert-all-tables-from-myisam-into-innodb
  12. I see what you mean there. In the first instance, please rebuild your search index from System>Settings>Search. This will clear that issue. If you then see it happen again, please let me know in this topic and we can take a further look
  13. This is something we are aware of, and there is an open bug report for at present
  14. Have you since reverted this, as your site appears to be online at present?
  15. I see your point and have moved to feedback accordingly. But there is nothing that is actually a bug on this one
  16. Please give an example user, and I can log in to take a look for you there
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. 18. Its likely the application has something in the uninstall that is not compatible with PHP 8, and causing it to fail. I understand the author isnt providing updates, however have you contacted to ask how to remove it?
  19. Thank you for you input there. It was the topic I was looking for, as mentioned
  20. Guys guys, we are arguing about wording here. Display name and user name are essentially the same thing in version 4. We call it display name, however it could be referred to as "user name", "login name", or "This is a duck" if you really wanted. Do you have any external methods of registration? It shouldnt actually be possible to register more than once with the same username display name, no
  21. Please clarify what topic you are referring to there, as this topic is related to logins, which was resolved by patch yesterday.
