  1. Its very very likely this is related to email. If there are only a few followers, it would send out the emails right away. So if there is an issue with that email sending (the server taking too long to respond), it can delay that process. It having saved in the database, would actually point to this even more so.
  2. Please update your site to the latest release of the platform. This is an issue that was solved in an earlier release
  3. Could you please confirm you have enabled this on your browser (mobile or desktop) and that you are checking this on the device in which you have this enabled?
  4. Certainly not 🙂 Actually the "cloud only" part is a common misconception. It's not available on some cloud plans too.
  5. I have moved this to developer connection, as it would need a dev to answer the question on this one
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. Do you have an friendly URL changes? If so, please try reverting those and testing again
  8. Please could you provide me with an example topic where the feed is displaying it like this?
  9. I have flagged this for a developer to take a look at and advise further for you
  10. Not at all. Regular social butterfly that I am
  11. It is indeed. Go to System->Settings->Login & Registration->Registration and change "Allow new registrations" to no
  12. There is no way in which to hide tags using settings, no. This would require customisation
  13. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look at what is going on
  14. This has now been done
  15. Im a little confused as to what you are asking there. We do not modify the ogg one, no. If you are adding in source though, you can add whatever you need of course
  16. Unfortunately none. My suspicion would be someone has indeed corrected that on your site Not the case on this one
  17. If the IP is causing you an issue, and this isn't something you can change your end for some reason, then yes we can bypass that check for your site, if you would like us to do so? Note, that while I completely understand the comments on bad UX there, this is a security function, and security would always come above user experience.
  18. Only the output which you see there is present. So if its not showing on the zapier interface, then unfortunately not
  19. Thanks for the clarification. This is indeed the case at present, so left here for the feedback of course 🙂
  20. As there was never an example given to look at, it wouldnt have been followed up on
  21. Ah, the issue here is your moderator settings (Members->Staff->Moderators). You need to set the "Can future publish Article" moderator permission for that database, as mentioned in the description below that field.
  22. The admin CP and front end login are different in nature, in terms of timeout. The front end can indeed be logged in for weeks. The admin CP cannot. It will log you out if inactive. However if its logging you out during use, that can only be because the session data is changing on your browser end (usually the IP). It is not possible to make both the same
  23. Ensure you are exporting and importing the database with the same collation and char set. The error there is a mixed collation exception coming back from your mysql instance
  24. I see you have messaged me, however I need the name of a moderator, and a link to the pages database you cannot see this on
  25. This is usually reset only when you reset your main URL. I have reset this for you, as I see you have no test install at present. Its usually advisable to use a subdomain that you can then point anywhere you need
