  1. This wouldnt cause the setting still to show enabled in the admin CP I would certainly ensure you are updated to the latest release and check this, before you go any further

  6. As mentioned above, you should actually have received both those emails for both. They are 2 different emails, not the same email. One is "New invoice" and the other is "Payment received and approved"
  7. Sorry, Im a little confused (may well be my understanding of course). You had stated above that the text had changed from last month. However, then stated it was for the same renewal. The same statement does remain there though. You have 2 different emails there. One to say that an invoice has been created, and one to say a payment has been received.
  8. Those are 2 different messages. One is stating an invoice was created, and the other is stating a payment was received. In terms of webhook there isnt at present, however please feel free to add this to our feedback page.
  9. Is there anything specific about SEO requirements you are looking for, as that's quite a broad question? 🙂 Of course, SEO is always something in which we aim to improve on over time, and have continued to do so well into version 4 too.

I can certainly add your additional contact to that, but please note whenever a ticket is created from here it will send to your primary email address, so it may be worth changing which is your primary. Its also worth noting, what you were experiencing was issues that were known about and resolved at the time I believe, so there may not be much more information we can give there. Of course feel free to give any more information there needed once you see the ticket

  12. These are questions for your hosting provider, rather than us. Our software works with MySQL 8.0. There isn't anything to do in terms of the software from our end.

  15. Are you looking for pages on your filesystem there? If so, it may well be that they are not there, and instead in IP.Content within your admin CP. Not sure of the location off hand as I havent see that for quite a long while myself
  16. Im not sure what you mean when you say what will that look like? A profile will look the same as any other new member.
  17. You would need to complete their business verification as they are requesting you to do there. This is on facebooks end, so we have no control over this, and unfortunately they do seem to be making it harder and harder for people to use.

  22. As mentioned above, there is no way in which to force add a member at present. Please feel free to post this up within our feedback section if its something you would like to see added in a future release of the platform.
  23. It doesn't matter about it containing other fields, no. Once selected, you will be given the option to map your fields to the fields on the system.
  24. You can use recovery mode in order to restore access to your community. You can see this here
  25. It shoudlnt actually make any difference in terms of licensing, to be honest. However I have gone ahead and done that for you anyway.
