  1. It's being caused by "Members Country"
  2. The item there was added as a standard attachment, and not as the "record image" as mentioned above. This is why it does not show
  3. The issue there will very likely be your language pack being out of date. Please test this on a standard language pack, and if the issue is no longer present, you need to contact the author of the language pack you are using.
  4. Where are you seeimg that last image from? Please can we start with a blank slate here. Remove any manual meta tags you have added, and any modifications you have made. We can then investigate from there. At present you are adding items, so we are unable to investigate
  5. You need to export the database and ensure you export with the correct charsets etc, then do the same when importing. You have missed some UTF8 data when importing, from what you are describing
  6. You would need to speak to your hosting company to disable mod_security
  7. Please could you check that username? There doesnt appear to be a user with that name on your site
  8. Please post all responses in the English language. We can provide support only in English at the present time
  9. Would always be good to disable that temporarily while testing, just to ensure that is the case

  15. That message being logged is being logged by your PHP instances limits unfortunately, and isnt being returned by the software

  19. This is under "customer actions". Do you have commerce installed (I see you have a license) and are you sure the user has actually downloaded anything?

  21. Ah, to cleary this is only the downloads application. This is not something you can see from attachments if thats what you are looking for?
  22. It takes a second, but certainly nothing out of the ordinary. And it would indeed run quicker the second time, as its then cached
  23. Have you rebuilt your search index? If not, you would need to do this from System>Search in your Admin CP
