  1. As mentioned in my message just above yours, this isnt really something that is a software issue. If users are able to access those accounts to spam, then of course they will be able to do so. 

  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

  3. If you click on a "fix it" button, it will give you advise on what needs to be done, of give the opportunity to automatically fix, depending on what the particular item in question is. In the case of a 3rd party application, it will generally let you know what its seeing, and advise on contacting the author

    As I mentioned above, you need FULL read and write access to the database. What you are mentioning there are MySQL server level permissions, not database permissions.
