Please see the response on this from my colleague above
-
Im a little confused as to what you mean by previous owners there, as licenses are not transferable. It is for yourself to keep your license and software secure. It can be reset, but not until its removed completely from the old location
-
Thats an issue with incoming mail settings on commerce support system. So you would need to address that
-
There wouldn't be a way in Which to do this currently unfortunately. You should however be able to achieve this using discount codes once we get to version 5
-
If the mail is deleted entirely from bulkmail, there isnt anything sending at present (quite simply, there isnt anything there to send). I suspect what you are seeing is whatever is left still going through. Are you seeing anything showing in your email error logs, or system logs?

@Jim M, Google is definitely deducting points for this issue, the question is how many. It would not be listed as an error there if there were no deductions for it. It would be great if this simple fix could be included in the next update.
As mentioned by my colleague, a bug report has been added for this. We cannot guarantee a version a bug fix will be in

I don't believe in any way that a users group could be moved as a result of what was happening with cloud there. However, I have created a ticket for you here, so we can look closer at this for you.
-
Indeed there isnt really anything to do there. If there are bots that are harming your site for some reason, such as hammering your site and causing server issues, then of course we could take a look at that. Although to be honest, cloud would simply take care of that kind of thing anyway. But yes, its normal to end up with bots floating around your site :)

You would need to contact the owner of that server and ask that they remove the software that you are licensing. There is no other way around that unfortunately

We're aware and looking into it

I'm not sure if you're experiencing any outage, but your forum is taking 30 seconds to load. Please verify this. The issues occurred suddenly; nothing has been edited in the template for a month.
We are aware of the speed issues on our site.
I appreciate what you are saying there, but that being the case, the same could be said for anything else causing the problem

Please test this on a default unaltered theme first of all, and let us know if you are still seeing any issues
-
Please check the access details added. Unfortunately those dont appear to be valid on your site

I just ran into the same issue. PHP 8.1 will be end-of-life in 6 months. Will this issue be resolved before then?
PHP version 8.2 is indeed supported on the next upcoming major release.

There is no built in way in which to do this at present. You would need modification to achieve this. Please feel free to post up within our feedback section if you would like to see changes in this area
-
Could you please clarify what you mean when you say "It does nothing"?
-
Ok so if you type "Cron" into the search bar in your admin CP, you will be see the option to switch how your tasks are run. You need to switch to cron, and the cron command you are adding on your server is shown on that page
-
Sorry, there appears to be some confusion here. You are talking about both moving, and unarchiving. These are not the same thing. If you are looking to unarchive completely, can I confirm you have done the following, as mentioned above?
- Deselected the archiving to switch it off in your admin CP
- Once deselected, chosen the option to unarchive all
- Set up a cron job on your server to manage background tasks
-
Ah, sorry I see what you are trying to do now. We are unable to provide instructions on how to backup a table and restore to another location. If you are unsure how to backup and restore tables, you would need to contact your hosting company to assist you with this.
-
Hope you manage to find what is causing the issue. Im also unable to replicate that on this end
-
Glad to hear thats now working 🙂
-
If the files are moved, then those files would no longer be located in the places they were indexed. So items such as google image search, if they were direct links to the images, would indeed be affected. Files are removed from local after a successful move by the system, unless you choose to move items manually and select that you have done so. In that scenario it would be up to yourself to remove the old images
-
I Would advise first of all testing this on a default unaltered theme. There isnt anything that should be causing a redirect of that nature

That is indeed correct, as otherwise there would be no way in which to choose different options for each of the items.
