Is that true? PHP 8.0 is end of life and not receiving updates (not even security) and 8.1 is only getting security patches. 8.2 & 8.3 are the only PHP versions getting active support.

"Only getting security updates" is not the same as "Not getting active support". We support 8.1 which is supported at present. Our next major release supports 8.2.

But will it at least be possible to fudge it?

Can we not add custom fields to a digital product?

Are there at least any hints of a workaround or way to embed a store?

EDIT: See this custom field question answered in another thread.  It will be possible to add them.

There isnt really any other way I can answer, but for what has already been answered here really. We are removing 'only' the physical item elements. So what you do with custom fields would of course be up to yourself.

  3. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

How would we know if the suggestions made are going to be considered are not?

i have more than 75 suggestions to make.

You wouldn't other than seeing it appear in blogs or release notes. Its important to know that suggestions do not necessarily mean they will be added. In many cases they won't, and in others it may be a considerable amount of time before they are, as they would be things we would put into our over all goals for the product.

But my e-mails doesn't send anyway

OK. I'm not sure what we can do to assist you with that. As mentioned previously, we don't send your emails. Your hosting company sends your emails.

The deprecated message, if its showing up on your production environment, means your production environment isn't actually set up correctly. You should not have deprecated warnings enabled for a production environment.

I fully understand your frustration of course. I'm simply trying to ensure you have the correct information and that you are going to the correct place to get the help you need. At present you are asking your software company to help you fix a hosting issue.
