Please could you provide more information on what database this is, so we can take a look?
-
I would need an example in order to take a look for you. If you can give me a member ID for example

No, you would be uploading files via FTP. Not via the admin CP. I have to be honest here and say I really really would advise getting someone to assist you with actually doing this if you are unsure, as you can break your site. It also may be worth at taking a look at our cloud solution rather than self hosted, if you are not sure on hosting of your site

Im not sure I understand what the question is there. Please take a look at the guide shown by my colleague that shows exactly how to use your test license key

Go to System>Site Features>Applications and see if converters are listed thee.
You need to be uploading all files and folders. You should be merging with what you already have. If you are unsure on this, you should really get someone to assist you
-
It depends if you have the converters installed on your site. If you have never done a conversion, then no

Glad to hear you have things working again

Ignore the above - can now see that it is specific topics as opposed to the entire forum.
It is indeed 🙂

You upload the contents of the zip, not the zip itself
-
There is no way in which to manually do this. Its done from the admin CP. You should be able to navigate still, even without the CSS etc
-
Yes, it will indeed assign experts based on forums, so that its showing experts only in that particular forum. So if you wanted to split this up, thats the way you would do it. Although, to be honest, I would suggest splitting forums up by area regardless of that feature, as that is essentially the idea of being able to create multiple forums.
It would be worth having a read of this

Looking at what you have there, try using recovery mode
https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/
Also, try emptying the datastore folder of everything other than the index file
If these fail, I would suggest reverting to the backup taken before these changes

@Philooo - Its worth noting here that switching to email login is advised, and has been for quite some time in your admin CP. If you are using display name, then half the login details are essentially already known.

If you are not seeing a transaction on your site at all, I wouldnt expect thats where it has come from. So the first thing I would be doing here is contacting stripe to find out the origin of that request
-
You have to bear in mind there that its responsive in width, and so whatever image you choose needs to be something that will look fine no matter where on the image is shown in that box. So there isnt really any 'one size fits all' that you are looking for here unfortunately.
Its also worth pointing out, you really shouldn't be testing on 4.7.12. You should really test on the latest release.

Should I stop dreaming about living on the moon now that I know we are going there?
I'm not sure I would recommend living on the moon, to be honest. I believe there arent going to be many good restaurants available, and the air quality sucks

Not at all. In fact I think you should start by creating a giant slide leading from the bed, to a pool of balls below. Every kid loves a slide.

Yes, although I am unsure if each of these api's are enabled in the 'Enable API' section.
Then thats certainly the first thing you will need to check there. Also, if you look at console in your browser, it may well tell you why google wont show them to you

Its very very likely related, yes. If its timing out, its probably sat on that process for a while, then once it times out its sending the other notification.

The number of items does appear to be lower than in your screenshot there. Note, when you are looking in PHPMyAdmin there, that's an estimated count. You should click it which will calculate the actual count
-
Are you running cron for tasks at all? If so, please check these are set to run once a min, and also check to see if you have any errors being returned
-
Please check your htaccess and ensure there is nothing in there other than what we provide. If there are any other redirects please remove them temporarily

Are you 100% sure of that? There are no lists anywhere where someone has used the same username? It is very very likely there are username, email, password combinations out there.
