  1. There's a new task that runs to check the status after a payout request, we'd want to check to see whether that's running properly and if it's getting an unexpected response from the PayPal API. If you can updated the client area to include AdminCP and SFTP credentials, we can take a look and check these items.
  2. I have created a ticket for this so we can look further into the issue, we'll be in touch via email
  3. A fix is now available for this issue in new downloads of 4.7.9 and for those already on 4.7.9, it can be obtained from the AdminCP > support page in the top left box.
  4. A fix is now available for this issue in new downloads of 4.7.9 and for those already on 4.7.9, it can be obtained from the AdminCP > support page in the top left box.
  5. Requests to that URL are totally normal. The service worker requests and caches the page so it can be shown on the device if network connectivity is lost, or the server is unreachable. If your users are seeing it, that would suggest that they're unable to connect for some reason.
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary. To clarify for anyone else reading this: this does appear limited to a display issue, the products aren't actually free.
  7. One or more of your other login handlers will also be set to display name or email address. You will also need to edit those and set them to display name only.
  8. I can confirm this was addressed in 4.7.9 - Added status badges (pinned, hidden, etc) to the grid view.
  9. It looks like you may have restored, but you should be able to find more information about what caused the 500 ISE in the servers PHP log. I do note that you have a lot of error logs from the last few days indicating MySQL server issues including a lack of disk space.
  10. Do you use Google Workspaces? "Managed by" suggests that your device could have a policy on it set by your organization to block web push notifications.
  11. Tap on the padlock/i icon in the address bar and then tap on permissions. This should let you change your device settings to allow notifications
  12. You may (if you use these features) need to provide the following after upgrading Maxmind userid PayPal clientid/secret if using Pay Outs (typically, this would be the same as the PayPal gateway) You may need to apply for access to the PayPal Payout API if you do not already have it.
  13. A fix is now available for this issue in new downloads of 4.7.9 and for those already on 4.7.9, it can be obtained from the AdminCP > support page in the top left box.
  14. A fix is now available for this issue in new downloads of 4.7.9 and for those already on 4.7.9, it can be obtained from the AdminCP > support page in the top left box. Those potentially affected will also see an AdminCP notification asking them to apply the patch
  15. Thank you for letting us know, it looks like this is specific to not requiring a billing address for purchases. We're testing a fix and we'll provide an update shortly.
  16. CKEditor is showing that message, but we don't use that for the upload system. We use our own CKEditor plugin. This should however be resolved in 4.7.9
  17. It's covered in change log part of the release notes. Essentially, we changed the PayPal integration and we wanted to just give a heads up for those testing the Beta that there could potentially be issues.
  18. When it's fixed, it'll be listed on the release notes. We did have a fix going through testing for this, but it didn't pass. We'll be working on another approach for this issue in a future release.
  19. This is the difference between 4.7.7 and 4.7.8. The amount of white space (as noted, defined by the author post information) is exactly the same. The post tools being in the exact same place regardless of the post length is a good change.
  20. As @ThunderBlue noted, you will need to manually upgrade to work around this issue. You can continue to use the automatic update after this. https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/install-and-upgrade-r259/#manualupgrade
  21. You would be surprised. I think people are the latest one on the list and decide to go for that.
  22. It looks like your SSL certificate/server may only allow TLS 1.3, also allowing TLS 1.2 will address this issue. Note that TLS 1.2 is still widely supported across the internet and still required for some services and older browsers. https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/edge-certificates/additional-options/minimum-tls/
  23. That would depend on your settings in AdminCP > System > Posting > Links & Email Addresses.
  24. We made some large changes to payment gateway integrations (and Maxmind). If payments are important for your community, you might want to wait for a later beta or final release after testing has been finished. Beta's may contain problems than prevent you from being paid properly (although, we're not seeing any so far)
