When I moved, literally NO ONE commented on it.  I did have comments about how the site was faster.  And they LOVED the real time engagement features (who's viewing and who's typing).  Small price to pay for better speed!
By the way...  it also helped my PageSpeed results a lot.  🙂

It's because of the caching on the cloud - only the first guest every 10-15 minutes is counted, the rest hit the cache.

Nope, it’s the forum view. See this as a guest: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/528-invision-community-insider/
Probably there’s a setting somewhere in Forums app.

That looks like they are looking at an activity stream. If that is the case, have them click on the icon in the top right of that page to flick to condensed view
In terms of whos online, there is no difference in these. I remember you having redirects from an old URL. Have you ensured those are working?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver Live Topics to a classic self-hosting environment. Our "cloud" is not simply "some server space" but rather a complex array of technologies wrapped up in custom configuration and code.
Live Topics is not a PHP and MySQL application. It is actually a React and NodeJS app and uses the following technologies: NodeJS via ExpressJS server, ReactJS, Web Sockets/Socket.io, JWT Authentication, Redis, AWS SQS, AWS EC2 and MySQL. Those technologies are managed via a custom SQS queue which triggers command runners and workers. All this is bespoke to our cloud environment.
Even if you managed to set up all those services, you'd still need our configuration and custom elements.
By developing on a single platform allows us to rapidly deploy new features and functionality.
This makes it unsuitable for a self-hosting environment.

Sure, you can embed a YouTube live video like any other video. It’s just one link, from a planned stream to the recording.

Nice! I'd recommend putting your ad code in the Advertisements section in your ACP. De-select your subscribers group from those ads and voila! When they become a subscriber, and are automatically moved into the subscriber group, they won't see ads. 💸

Configuring ads on my site was a challenge, but one that I enjoyed as a learning experience. I've definitely thought about using subscriptions for ad removal, but haven't had the time to find out how to do that. Are there are any guides you'd recommend for creating an ad removal subscription?

Do you have the "Welcome time delay" setting enabled?

As @Morrigansaid, you could use blocks or use a rss widget like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rss-retriever/ to show the RSS feed content generated by IPS on your blog.

Zoom is everywhere. Is it possible to integrate into an Invision website?  Seems like people are saying it is sketchy, but it is EVERYWHERE and seems like a great solution to add video chat/conferencing/meetings to a forum based member website.
Anyway,I have added a couple of marketplace chat apps to my site, but being able to embed Zoom Pro ($15/month), to my site would be so much more value added.
If this is possible already, if someone could direct me to a "how to" faq that would be greatly appreciated.

    It was coded with 4.1.9
Make sure you setup the groups that can see this in the plugin settings.
