I have just bought it and tested. It does not work for me either. I see my clubs, go to the admin panel and login AS other user who is member of other clubs. Go to forum index and nothing changes. I still see previous list (my forums), even logged in AS someone else. 

Well, the only way to do this real time is stop using cache (datastore) and adding a query everytime someone goes to index. 
I will change that during weekend.

I suggest to change the code where you have applied the fix and redirect on reset password with a notice for help understand the issue if user attempt login have a empty salt.

Try to check if user is listed into the result of this query
SELECT member_id, name, members_pass_hash, members_pass_salt FROM core_members WHERE members_pass_hash <> '' and members_pass_salt = ''

Ok, I'm dropping the PAID links feature and will add a Package module. New version yet this week.

Then I won’t take a look. It’s a core thing. I mean, probably a workaround can be applied somewhere but I rather do it properly following IPS pattern.

That’s not how it works. I can only sort by one column and it is rating. Number of ratings do not count here. Same happens in Downloads, etc.

Sorry, it works!  I have expected to see the block at the right side where categories are. However this one is shown above the WHAT'S NEW block. It took a while to see where the block is. It's very hot in Europe now... very very hot.. 

In the app settings -> Link View you can enable and reorder blocks at your wish.

Pin and feature are a IPS4 feature and appears in all apps (Forums, Gallery, Blog, Records from Pages, etc.).
Pin will make the record appears first in the category listing. It’s the same of pinned topics in a forum. 
Feature will make the record a special record and can be displayed anywhere, like in LD index or in the Link Feed widget. If you wan to see an example, Marketplace here shows some featured files in the index. 
Affiliate comes from old versions of this app and it is exactly for what it does: you can make partners/affiliates. That’s all. I just wanted to keep it, in case someone uses it. There’s a block in the index for the affiliates. 

How I feel every time I visit Manage Purchases:

I would like to "clean" the list of my purchases here. The most apps there are outdated, belong to 3.x, are not active, not available, cannot be renewed and so on. I would like to be able to delete or at least hide them from my list. This way I can better overview the applications I really use and need to upgrade. And I would appreciate if I could sort the purchases by renew date or status.

A new version was released which should be compatible with IPS 4.3.x
