  1. Yes, I still have it on my to-do list. Between covid, marketplace closure, and other things I haven't had the time for it yet. 😅
  2. Where are you inserting that image URL exactly? I don't recognize the form in the screenshot.
  3. Based on the error, it's a problem related to the ipspage plugin for CKEditor. 🤔 Try re-uploading the ZIP file from your client area to the server, and clear again the cache in ACP. If that still doesn't work maybe you could try resetting the editor's toolbar in ACP: EDIT One more thing, have you tried if the issue happens also with the default IPS theme?
  4. That shouldn't be a problem. Clearing the cache should have fixed it if it was a JavaScript issue, but maybe the problem is somewhere else. Are there any errors in your browser's console when you open a page with the editor?
  5. Try clearing the cache from the Support page in ACP.
  6. See if you have a pending invoice in your client area: https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/ If there's none, try contacting IPS to find out what you can do based on your current license: https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us/ (Accounts & Billing department) Here you go also a couple of links: Self-hosted license price/details: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy/self-hosted/ Invision Cloud: https://invisioncommunity.com/buy With the Cloud option, you won't have access to the files, but if you provide the backup to IPS they should be able to help. Contact them to double-check how it would work, though.
  7. As Miss_B mentioned above, old versions aren't available anymore for download, unless you downloaded them at the time they were available and have a backup copy of the zip file somewhere. That said, while there are possibly going to be some PHP 8-related errors when upgrading straight from 3.4 to 4.7, it's certainly possible. I do it often.
  8. Nothing like that comes to mind. You'll need a custom modification to implement that feature. In this case, asking the developer of that file if he can remove the limitation of one review per profile is also an option. He could add a setting for it, or maybe make a custom version for you using that as a base.
  9. That will break the login for all your users accustomed to login with their email. At least change it to Display Name or Email Address. In any case, @Jim M wanted you to replace the display name with the email address in the client area here on the IPS site (where you entered the details earlier): https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea
  10. It opens above for me, and there's also a rule to make it open above in the default template: <a href='#elNavTheme_menu' id='elNavTheme' data-ipsMenu data-ipsMenu-above>{lang='skin'} <i class='fa fa-caret-down'></i></a> As you can see it uses the attribute data-ipsMenu-above. Are you missing that attribute, or maybe you have it set to below instead?
  11. Does the error still appear if you switch to the default IPS theme and try to login? If no, the theme might have some kind of issue despite being "up-to-date". If yes, the problem might be a plugin. Try disabling all 3rd party modifications and try to login again.
  12. I'm pretty sure it used to throw an error in the past. Maybe a recent code or CKEditor update allows it now. 👀
  13. There is no way to do that with the default code as far as I know. Maybe your friend is using some kind of custom modification or editor plugin?
  14. Where exactly are you seeing these redirects? Unless you provide specific areas or links it's impossible to know where to look.
  15. Which plugin did you try to upload exactly? The code expects the ZIP file to have a certain format, but sometimes plugins contain a double zip file or something else and the import fails because of it.
  16. If the mail server is slow in sending out email notifications, there might indeed be a delay when posting content. I've seen it happen a few times in the past. The "correct" fix would be to find out why it's slow and set up the mail server properly rather than disabling outgoing emails, though. 🙄 You could also setup the constant to send out notifications batches in the background above a certain threshold. That should help reducing the delay when content is posted.
  17. The data is saved in the table core_pfields_content in the column field_X, where X is the ID of the field you added in ACP.
  18. There isn't a tool to do what you're asking. You could move the files to a storage option in another folder and delete them, but it would leave broken links in the area you deleted the files from. It would require some custom modification to delete the files and update the places they're used in. Why do you need to remove those files, exactly? Depending on what you're trying to do, there might be another way.
  19. There are also group blogs. Allowing anonymous entries there would make more sense there. But yeah, for single blogs it's a useless option.
  20. Since the Marketplace is closing, any further support or payments will be handled directly on my site: https://invisionbyte.net/ You can find the guide I posted on how to transfer your purchases here: https://invisionbyte.net/forums/topic/10049-how-to-transfer-your-marketplace-purchases-to-invision-byte/
