Another big update.
Before, the seller could only close an advert with:

This was not the best, especially when an advert had a quantity greater than one.
I solved it by adding the functionality 'Confirm a Deal'. 


Now with 'confirm a deal' the system does not close the ad (but scale the quantity) but tracks the transaction.
Instead with 'Close Advert' you simply close the advert.
Confirm a deal is also the starting point for the functionality you have been waiting for so long... feedback.
New anticipations soon...

Yes app can be renewed and it's compatible with 4.7.9.
I just finished analysing everything and found only one bug which I fixed. I am now sending the new release to the marketplace for approval.

Version 2.4 of the app is on its way. This major release will bring a completely revised template and some new features that I developed privately for a few clients. If anyone wants to test the app before sending it to the marketplace and can install it locally, please send me an MP.
 

Adriano could you open your own topic for this? I simply missed the renewal notification.
I have no intention of abandoning this app.

I suggest you to disable old plugins and retry.
As example in @Clubimport board the 
(NB40) Topic Description 
generate the same issue wrongly assigned to this app.

OK let me see if I can replicate this error. Meanwhile, thanks for the debug.

OK @InvisionHQ I found the issue. When I have the option to Show other adverts from the same category enabled, everything works perfect.
 
As soon as I disable this option, I get the template error. 
 

 
 
This one also causes the template issue, but only when it's disabled.

yes, but you need to check the right template that generate the error.

I've upload now in the marketplace Classifieds v2.3.5 with the fix for 
Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\classifieds\_Advert::getItemsWithPermission

No issue identified with php8.

If revert button is active then the template was modified.
