  1. Sounds like someone is trying to hack an account. Make sure all of your moderators have 2FA enabled.
  2. That's my current list of blocks right now. And I'm working on a new project which means MOAR!!!
  3. So I have a ton of blocks and well I'm starting to lose control of them and figured it may be a good idea to request some feature enhancements for it so that I can both clean up my blocks and also use them more efficiently. Of course there is categorizing which is great but sometimes I mis-categorize some of my blocks. This is a particular pain point when you have to look for it on the front end. The enhancements on the front end I'd like are: Categories collapsed by default when you open the edit bit, this way I don't have to scroll through my massive list of blocks or manually close them until the right category comes up. Ability to search the list like you can search in the ACP, just a quick like "block title" search that filters out any blocks that don't have that title. It would just make life so much easier. Next! I don't know which of my blocks are in circulation and where so trying to clean up, organize and get rid of unused blocks is a nightmare. Right now I see a list of blocks with the code and that's it and since I use a lot of Plugins the title could be repeated. The enhancements I'd like for this: At minimum I want a count of how many locations that a block is located on the manage screen. Bonus points if you can click on that number and see the locations like: Forums > Index, Page > Test, Gallery > Albums, Gallery > Categories The physical location doesn't matter (As in sidebar, header or footer) to me as much as the page it exists on.
  4. If its extended to pages I think that the admin should be able to turn on/off showing ignored content in certain areas. I have a database that anyone can contribute to and its not actually attributed to any 1 user (even if the end user submitted it) but there is no way to have my cake and eat it to so if they could ignore all content then a user could inadvertently submit the same content as the other person because they don't see it. But overall I agree.
  5. Not what I meant. I meant how to you determine what a clubs "main" forum is? For one of my clubs, for example, I have 2 that are important for different reasons.
  6. Best way to accomplish this is to rebuild Reputation or post counts. It will trigger the group promotions rules for everyone.
  7. Maybe its this @tmcom: https://filext.com/file-extension/MIL
  8. I mean its HTML. Save for the Template bits that are replaced in the sending process you should be able to just save an HTML file and replace the contents. You'd have to use the Email wrapper and replace the content portion I think and it would show like: Hey {Membername} But you know that in the send process it would replace the {membername} with the end users name. That's all I can really say.
  9. The client area still has the old one.....
  10. Alright, I figured it out. My own Spam assassin rules were working against me. It appears that one of the rulesets that I had enabled was triggering the notification emails to appear like they were spam. I am working on setting a new ruleset up.
  11. That was actually the first thing I checked @bfarber. My domain and server IP are clean. After reviewing it further, there has to be something more going on because its not even able to send an email that exists on the server (my own domain). It seems almost like IPS is saying that its spam without any proof as weird as that is.
  12. Right but it shouldn't be reloading the editor at all (thus why I'm losing content a lot). There is nothing in the pagination that should need to touch the editor and thus the suggestion. For me it rarely has the "previous content" like you see there sometimes it does but not normally.
  13. I can reproduce it here and on my community. I type something in, I go to the previous page it loads me in, I scroll back to the editor and its closed. SOMETIMES (very rarely mind you) it will have my cached save but most of the time not. I'm using FF @Daniel F Edit: I'll be honest, I thought it was working as intended.
  14. When you paginate (which is an ajax refresh instead of a full refresh of the page) it would be nice if the editor didn't dump your data. I've done it on accident a few times but it would be nice to be able to move and review other posts sometimes in long threads and the only way to do that is to quote them all at once or have the thread open in a new tab.
  15. Show me what you have in the "Ban settings" section of the ACP now.
  16. I love the look of the new hover card too! Super sexy. Good job @Rikki
  17. Screenshot of your registration page in the ACP?
  18. Oh god I hope this will replace the current reputation ranking system as that looks baller as heck and I don't use the word baller lightly.
  19. I'm just going in circles at the moment and not sure where to turn to. The odd part is it appears to work sometimes and sometimes not. IPS is returning this 550 error when sending email (or even testing email settings) however when I go ONTO my server and log into that mailbox I'm able to send email just fine to the addresses that its saying that it can't send to. (And by addresses I mean all email sending on my server) I need to resolve this issue as its driving me nuts and means that people aren't getting their notifications.
  20. I’ll agree and disagree here. While an end users send of urgency may not coincide with the companies sense of urgency it’s important to let the end user express what they think the urgency level is. In logo persons case that may be of the highest importance but at the company level maybe not so much? Whereas the fact that no one, not admins, not users can login (and for all I know they also can’t register) that is of high importance. At this point I’m still at the back of the queue with no end in sight for said issue. I have never slighted IPS support for its quickness because it is fast but not having the ability to put its true urgency in as a visual thing to at least get eyes on it quicker even if it’s sluffed off as “that’s not a site down issue” kind of irks me. Edit: To be clear I’ve worked in tech support for over 25 years myself. I understand what is an emergency to an end user isn’t always an emergency. But that’s for the company to decide after I put in an alarming ticket. Not the other way around. By saying people shouldn’t put in tickets in this way is to say “you’re going to get robbed... why did you even call the police?”
  21. I don't mind that its email only or that it looks like a chat system..... My issue is I can't set a priority. My entire site is Working but no one can log in which to me is a hard down and I don't have a way to express that urgency in a title of a message.
  22. However you must OWN or be a leader the club to see it here. On the back end I believe you edit it the club and in there you'll see them and be able to delete them. I was going to get you a screenshot but my server went down.
  23. Go to the tab > Click on "Manage" under the Clubs banner > Last option is "Delete XYZ"
  24. Remove the space, it shouldn't remove it. That's how FA works.
