Suggestion: allow users to assign rights for moderation of the topics (edit, hidden, delete and other rules)

We would love this feature.

How would that work? Who decides who is the topic moderator? The OP?

I'm planning to update this until the end of the year.

That should be part of the IPS Suite to be honest. I have so many use cases where this feature would be a great help.

This is something I would be interested in also. 

I have coded something similar for a client a while ago. I'll test the app this weekend and release it then.
