This is the community-wide competition to make a lasting impact upon the IPS 4 suite by coming up with the best name for the unified content discovery system that merges the "View New content" and "Activity Stream." I remember seeing on someones 4.x site that the Contact Us form had a name and email address required. Is that an option (I can't find it) or something custom they did? It makes a lot of sense. I've received several comments but I have no way to ask for follow-up info, or to let them know what has been done about their suggestion.

pbckcode supports many languages but only 4 are activated. It would be nice if the admin can select the offered languages. In our case we uses mostly LUA and less PHP, JS and so on.

If one pays for the software he should be able to use it however he likes, charging for url resets is just corporate greed. In the long gone past IPS used to offer owned licenses for its software and ever since you've been stripping down the offer to force customers into a narrow recurring payment model. I understand this model makes more cash, but charging for url resets is a bit over the top, don't you think? I was hoping you might reconsider.

I would submit this in the bug tracker, but I don't have permission If I only change the year in the birthday field, but not the day or month, like so On my profile, it shows my birthday as being the 30th November in the year before the year I set (and yes, I reproduced it with years other than 2015).

At the moment, when I click "view reputation history" on my profile, it defaults to showing the reputation history of profile comments. IMO, this should change to showing all reputation history (like the activity feed, but for reputation), then be filterable to only show specific reputation history. Also, it would be nice if sections with no reputation history were greyed out or hidden, though I can understand if this is impractical and won't be done.

I would report this in the bug tracker, but I don't have permission to add bugs. If you click the circle on the thread list or the "Next unread thread" link at the bottom of the thread, it takes you to the ?do=getNewComment link, which is what I would expect. However, if you haven't previously viewed that thread, that link takes you to the very last post on the thread, which doesn't seem right to me - since the entire thread is unread, the "new comment" is the original post, not the latest post. In 3.4, it takes you to the first post, as expected. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if it didn't do this from the link at the bottom of the previous thread as well as from t…

I am sorry, but no search in topic title only is not a small thing. Try moving a few hundred, or even, say 30,000 topics (yes, we did that recently) without having the ability to ONLY look in titles. It took long enough. Think how long that would have taken if we only could check all text? That's just an example. Please bring it back. And please fix the line spacing in the editor. I refuse now to go back and edit my post again. Please make it work like it does in 3.4.7 and older versions. My mobile users will complain bitterly. Attempting a local test install of RC4. The installer detected that a UTF-8 conversion was needed and went through that whole process (and I added the sql_charset to conf_global), but the installer still insists that I need to convert to UTF-8. I can click through, but the converter confirms that it is already UTF-8. I've clicked through to the tools tab and run check and fix, but no change.

I'm designing a custom theme for my site, but I ran into a sticky spot: I wanted to add a border to my hovercards. Of course, when I do a few pixels of the user profile hovercard's (This is the hovercard in the topic view) contents get truncated, obviously indicating a fixed width. Well, it turns out that the fixed width is defined in an element.style. Where is the code that calls the hovercards? I've looked through all of the phtml files that I guessed could have it, but they're not there. Could this please be defined as a class in the future so that the hovercard can be changed in custom.css rather than digging for the html line with a style property?

Is there now Preview Post (while writing new replies or topics) button? or is this a config setting. I and my users use this option pretty often, since we want to make sure, the post is correctly formatted and all bbcode parser (e.g. our latex block) are working.

the new topic button needs to be both at the top and bottom when in a forum on iOS. Currently you have to scroll to the bottom to start a new topic.
