[BUG] Setting birth year but not day or month makes it randomly pick a day and month and year is displayed incorrectly

I would submit this in the bug tracker, but I don't have permission

If I only change the year in the birthday field, but not the day or month, like so

On my profile, it shows my birthday as being the 30th November in the year before the year I set (and yes, I reproduced it with years other than 2015).
