Stuck during the upgrade with failure on core_item_markers table

During the upgrade I'm constantly fails on the core_item_markers table update. 

The installation fails with an error: 

Incorrect key file for table 'fnewcore_item_markers'; try to repair it 
SELECT count(*) FROM `fnewcore_item_markers` AS `core_item_markers`

Opened a bug for this http://community.invisionpower.com/4bugtrack/rc3-cant-upgrade-due-to-error-incorrect-key-file-for-table-fnewcore_item_markers-try-to-repair-it-r3487/ , but the support didn't assist. The provider also said - everything is good from his side. So, have no idea how to proceed. 

Anyone has another idea? 

Probably, someone can send set of queries executed against this table. So I could be able to reproduce it with simple query and would point the provider to this. 

Appreciate for any assistance.
