This is what makes it even stranger since it operates inconsistently, and no one from the IPS team is able to tell us on addressing this bug. The management has their hands full with cloud features, so I can't blame them. They are doing their jobs.

Hi @teraßyte is it possible to add a "follow" button to the report under "mark report as" button that can send notifications whenever a staff member reply to the reported content. Also, it can send all type of notifications of their choice Notification List, Notification List + Push, and Email. 

@Daniel F what's the status on this bug? I have been reading the release notes, yet nothing about it been fixed on 4.7.1 nor 4.7.2... 

Whenever you delete member's posts where he has abused the reactions, and then used the recount reputation from ACP after they were deleted. It recounted the reputations, but it didn't recount the "DAYS WON".

Reputations and DAYS WON options shouldn't be linked together, so whenever you recount a member reputation, it should recount his DAYS WON too.

I sent you a message in order to share more details with you.

Then @Marc Stridgen there is a bug with it because I have banned many IP addresses, yet same IP addresses can visit the site and post as guest. I can give you many examples if you want to investigate this.

@Marc Stridgen Cool, but a question in here to get things clearer. What happens whenever I ban an IP address? Does it ban this IP address from accessing the site entirely or only from registering?

Thanks, but I am also aware of how to ban an IP from accessing the site, and the main topic is about IPS "Ban Settings" and its relation to "Spam Defense" whether it's functioning or has a bug.

@Randy Calvert this is what I am aware of too, yet then the "Ban Settings" doesn't really function or there is a bug causing this issue.

This is only one example this IP address is banned from the site using the "Ban Settings" since April 2022, yet the IP address still can access the site and post new comments. I have many IP addresses were banned and still can access the site. 

Thanks @Randy Calvert I am aware of this process, but what I want to really know about is if there is any connection between these Settings. 

For example, my license is expired so the "Spam Defense" now is on and not really functioning only throwing errors. I used the "Ban Settings" to ban an IP address, would this IP address still have access to the site? Or it has a connection with the "Spam Defense" and that IP address still can access the site? 

So, the question is: Are they independent settings or connected together somehow? 

A question about "Spam Defense" is it connected with "Ban Settings" in any way?

Please change "contact us to renew" with a button that generates a new renewal invoice for the simplicity of clients with expired licenses.

Just like MarketPlace whenever a renewal is expired, I can simply reactivate it without contacting the staff members.

The problem is that the pages app lacks many basic features, and the hump day topic pages pages pages has many excellent recommendations to improve it like a year ago. None of these recommendations, however, have been considered. I hope IPS listens.

@mark2012 try to reach out to @Kirill Gromov one of the great developers around here, and he knows his way around IPS system and its applications.

Even it doesn't show if it's pending for approval for staff members, so it has two issues doesn't show it's hidden nor pending for approval.

Hi, @Adriano Faria it has been almost 5 months since I reported some issues mentioned above. You've released a new version in May and marked the latest version as compatible with IPS 4.7, and none of the issue has been fixed my friend. I am just reminding you in case you forgot about it. 🙂
