It sounds like he is having problems with connections to amazon S3. If it's only them having this issue, they would need to contact their hosting provider on this. 

You can mass move only if there is a criteria in which you can search for those members in advanced search in the admin CP. If there is no way you can filter those members down there, then unfortunately it would indeed be a manual job

I am not able to replicate this issue on the latest beta. Please let us know if you still have this issue after 4.7.2, please let us know and we would need to investigate further on your instance

I love the new search filter labels inside the search field in 4.7.1 however is it possible to customize which ones are shown or what labels they have? For example for my blog the filter label is "Pages" but our visitors don't call them "Pages" and they have no idea what "Pages" are.

There is no way in which to customise which are shown or what labels they have. They will have the label of the application in which is being used. You could of course change the name of pages itself if you wanted to. You would edit the language string for that. It would then change the word pages everywhere.
Items that a user has access to would be shown. So if a user has no access to that section, the item wouldnt show up

When I attempt to turn on Manifest support, I get an error saying that the URL cannot be found:

However, the URL definitely exists as it's the most commonly visited URL on our website, showing the Latest Activity stream. 
I would assume that it would be possible to use the Latest Activity stream as the custom Start URL as this is the URL that makes the most logical sense out of any URL on the entire platform. 
What could be causing this to happen?

Yes, you're correct - we're a private community so guests should absolutely not be able to see anything at all. 
How do we fix this?

Either don’t set a custom landing page or make the landing page publicly accessible. You don’t have to make the full site accessible… but remember a manifest file can be read by guests, so it needs somewhere to go. 😉

I would like to divide badges into thematic categories (e.g., for activity on the forum, for participation in contests, for numbers of posts, for numbers of likes) so that they display in the profile view in a batter way. It's not a big deal - just a category name, under it a list of badges (as it is now), another category name and another list of badges.

Badges awarded automatically may include a brief description explaining what the badge was awarded for. The same field would be useful for badges added manually.

Currently it looks bad if we want to award ranks for e.g. a round number of posts, likes or years since registrating on the forum. If a user gets a badge for getting 100 likes then there should be an option to automatically hide it when the user gets another badge of the same type, e.g. for 1000 likes. It makes no sense to display these "smaller" badges in the profile.

I had to disable it to upgrade to PHP 8.0. It still works if you keep your forum on PHP 7.4 at least it does for me. 

I've tested with IPB 4.7 and PHP 8.1 without issue, what error are you getting?

How can I delete in mass, pending invoices. Someone was hitting my site creating invoices, made about 1500 pages worth of them, each page has like 20 of them. They used the same name on all of them, I just want to purge those pending invoices from my database records.
