Number Crunchers was my jam back in grade school.

Mid 1980s when I was in first or second grade, we would have computer class. Go down to the classroom with 10-15 computers, they had blue screens with IBM spelled out in ASCII art? Grab a floppy disk with Oregon Trail or Number Munchers and pop it in to play.

So many memories. 

I'm not a huge TV watcher so I don't really know as much about it as I should.
I really enjoyed the rebooted films, so I'll be giving it a watch when (if) it makes it to Netflix.

I've been quite looking forward to watching that. I was at one point a bad bad trekkie, having watched every one of the originals, TNG, Voyager and DS9. Couldnt get into any after that for some reason.

I've seen everything, but Enterprise was a bit shallow in comparison to the others. A missed opportunity.
I agree - DS9 became acceptable after season 4. Prior to that, it was like watching a soap opera on a space station.

For the curious: I do not watch that much TV these days in general, with exceptions being various documentaries.
Currently however I'm watching the late 60's sci-fi series 'The Invaders' as and when it is showing on TV and my PVR decides to actually behave and record it. I do have an interest in 60's and 70's sci-Fi series's generally however although I have not seen that many apart from the odd episode here and there.

Stephen king big fan too  >> watch the Mist on Netflix !

That was good, hope they make more seasons. Walking dead is always a good show too.

Finished up Longmire a couple weeks ago, great series.

You're right before UK would buy some series, France would buy some others, and we didnt have the choice...Tx to Netflix now, there is no difference between different channels in the world, the whole world can watch the same series at the same time, and in original version ! i always prefer original version with subtitles if needed, dubbing can be such a disaster...

At the risk of dating myself...my childhood shows were the original Doctor Who and...Space 1999.

Star Trek TNG was my childhood. Deep Space 9 is also acceptable. 

Game of Throne, Hannibal, Outlander, Timeless, 12 Monkeys, travelers. I guess I like time traveling and fantasy.
