Let me explain again and ask questions to learn if this is done on purpose. In my understanding, the NEXT UNREAD TOPIC, should read ANY unread topic regardless of which one you start reading. if there is an unread topic or post. There are X unread topics. I click on ANY of the unread topics I review them, like then or comment Next unread topic, next, next.... Oops... there are no more unread topics I choose to see all the activity or the unread stream, and there they are... 40 new posts or topics 😞 It happened again right now. Early in the morning. I start reading the new topics/comments and then I see the next unread topic link is no longe there. I believe I am done... nope, I am not done, still 40 more to read when I check the /discover/unread/ messages. Second problem... it happened now AGAIN... I clicked on the /discover/unread/ stream... I see there are still new posts... I start again... 😞 I review X number of unread posts all from the same user Then I no longer see the next unread message No more??? Yes... there are more... the list of unread messages stopped because there were NO more unread topics from the same user 😞 There are still 4 left to be read from two different users. So... the next unread message "function" is not working properly. This has happened to me like 100 times in the last months. I just didn't report it because I didn't give it "any importance" but it's happening again and again.

Hello, I believe there is an Issue with next unread topic link. I've seen this happen quite a few times, so I am reporting it. It just happened now again. I was reading a few new posts and then I saw the NEXT UNREAD TOPIC was no longer visible. So, I thought that I was done reading new ones. But no, there were new unread topics that were posts since I started to read the new topics when I clicked on the unread messages stream. It seems that the system will not detect the newest topics, the new ones submitted before the date of the last topic being read. This issue has happened quite a few times. Happened just now again..I can see more than 10 new unread topics and the last unread topic I was reading didn't have the NEXT UNREAD MESSAGE link visible. ----- Sometimes it also happens that the next unread topic link is no longer visible when the new topics belong to another user. That is, I start reviewing new topics from user X, let's say 10..the last topic from user X is reached and the next unread message link will no longer be shown. There will be new messages, but they belong to other users. Thanks a lot.

Good day, There is an Issue with alerts and dismiss button in mobile devices. The dismiss button added using the new alerts functionality is not displayed on mobile devices, so the user trying to see the forums won't be able to do so since he cannot dismiss the alert as it's not seen on mobile devices. It just doesn't fit I tried it and the only way to see the dismiss button on mobile devices is. 1. By switching to chrome's desktop mode, dismissing the alert and then switching back to the mobile version of the sire. 2. Or by using the mobile in horizontal mode. In vertical mode, the dismiss mode won't be seen. Three users have contacted me today asking me to remove the alert. They did not think about these two options, so there is something wrong. Can this issue be fixed? The majority of mobile users browse the community using the mobile in vertical position, not in landscape position. Thanks

I installed the new update you submitted. Tested it with IPS default theme. It looks like it's the Bookmarks application that is causing the issue. Once the Bookmark application is disabled, the multi quote button will be hidden as dictated by Kitchen Sink's settings. What would you suggest me to do? Contact the Bookmark app developer and tell him something specifically? Thanks

I believe you can edit the edit time in ACP. I did change it on mine long time ago.

Thanks a lot. I did toggle them off. When Bookmark and Tutorials are toggled off, it won't work. If I toggle Kitchen Sink off, then I will see it correctly. That's why I initially contacted you, because when I disabled K. Sink, I will see it correctly. I am using a custom theme that had some colours changed. Thanks so MUCH!!!

Hello @All Astronauts I just updated to 3.0.0 and I see the multi quote problem is still there as I explained in a previous comment. I select Hide Multiquote Button and the multi quote button will not be hidden. The QUOTE button will be hidden instead as you can see in the attachment below. There is no way to disable the multi quote button with the option that you are providing. It will hide the QUOTE button and I will have to have both Multi Quote and Quote buttons. Thanks a lot

Never experienced any of those issues in many months that I've been using intensively in the pages application. Used it with 4.6, 4.7 and 4.7.1 now. Not a single issue and I can tell you I've used it A LOT every day to write very long posts of more than 10.000 word each.

Hello, I am trying to use Grammarly in the topics, but it's not even an option. However, when I create a new topic in a Page, the Grammarly plugin will be enabled and WORKS LIKE A CHARM. See attachment. It shows Grammarly's plugin attached to the editor when I compose a new post in the Pages application. Why isn't the option to use Grammarly in regular posts in the forums? It's the same editor and the same application (IPS forum). It works great. Been using it for a few weeks and never ever had an issue with it. Thanks

Nothing. Same problem. My webmaster can't find why it's not possible to run PHP 8.0 with 4.7. It will give the 500 error. No luck.

Hello, I am having an issue with using bulk emails in ACP together with the word expansion function. I've added many words that link to a certain "lastComment" and topics. It works great, I love it. However, when using the Bulk Email function in ACP, those expanded words (links) will also appear on the emails and that's a huge problem 😞 Why? Because I am sending emails to members who have no access to certain forums since their user groups do not have the privileges to read those links. However, in the emails they will see sometimes 3-4 links to those links and when they click, they will see an error message 😞 Is there a way to disable the word expansion in the emails? It's a real problem because you won't only communicate with active members but also with VIP members that have access to areas that the average user can't see. A link to those areas is generating a lot of email requests from non-paid members who tell me that the links are not working 😞 See below. That's just two of the links that appear in the last email I sent using the Bulk Email module. Members without any access to those forums/topics will see an error and they will ask, no matter how detail the error explains why he can't see the posts. There should be a possibility of disabling word expansion links in the emails. Is that a possibility? Thanks a lot.

Hello @Adriano Faria Trust you are doing well and had a great week. I wanted to report an issue I encountered with the Tutorials application. It will not recognize the permissions for secondary groups. My community has several user products [courses; looking forward to your app 🙂] ... and user groups, so I always assign a secondary group to let me do things I can't do with a global primary group. A member just contacted now reporting he could not see the tutorials system. I was surprised, so I checked his user and user group and saw the user group can view the Tutorials system (see attachment). The user had MEMBERS as the primary group, and a secondary group was assigned after purchasing a course. I manually assigned the same secondary group to the primary group, and the tutorials worked! I thought, could it be that the secondary group is not recognized? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks a lot!

Hello, I just updated a patch for 4.7.1 that fixed some issues with pages. Since I installed it a few minutes ago, I can't stop seeing the last three topics I created in a page application. I click on the links, and they still appear as unread. I cannot remove them from the unread stream. Am I doing something wrong? Why did these read topics appear out of the blue, and why can't they disappear from the unread stream? You can check the three posts in the unread stream pages for the "Basic Concepts". These topics were created a few days ago, they never appeared in the unread stream because I was the topic's author and now they suddenly appear and they can't disappear. /discover/unread/ Thanks a lot.

I've resolved the issue, it was related to a setting I had enabled in Kitchen Sink application. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Good day @All Astronauts Just wanted to report an issue with Kitchen Sink. When I choose to hide the MultiQuote Button, the + multi quote button will not be hidden and the quote icon will disappear. There is no way I could find to disable the multi quote button and only leave the quote icon. is that a known problem? thanks

Yes, it also happens in the default theme. At least for me. I switched to the IPS default and I can see the problem is still there. I have three third party plugins/apps that add a button next to where Bookmark adds it. I disabled all three and the result is the same; I will not see the quote button. You can see that the + (multi quote) is still there and no QUOTE link is displayed. Thanks a lot

Both options suggested worked like a charm. I love the idea of having a small button. Much better. Thanks so much. Will I lose this template change when a new version of Bookmark is installed? One more thing, if possible. As you can see, the QUOTE link is gone in my links. Once the Bookmark application is enabled, I won't the QUOTE, instead I will see the + multiquote icon. Trust you are doing well @Fosters I was wondering wether there is a possibility to change the CSS style Bookmark link present at the bottom of each post. I am not asking you to do it for me, just wanted to know if that is something that could be done and what template file I should edit to make a CSS change on it. The bookmark option is very important for my community and I need it to stand out and look more like a button and a different colour. There are a few members that have contacted me to ask me how they can bookmark the posts. It's very obvious where it's, but some won't see it. Making it stand out will help. Thanks
