  1. Hello, I am wondering whether it's possible to remove a user ONLY from the secondary group when a purchase expires or is canceled. I don't see that option in ACP. I would like to remove the privileges from the secondary group when the product expires but leave the user in the primary group since he's still a member of the community and still has some privileges. The way it's done now, the user is removed from all privileges when the purchase expires. Thanks
  2. @shahed Sorry to bother you again. I just purchased the plugin. I installed it but I can't see how I can change the default icons and links in the mobile toolbar. I can see: Home Latest Create Search and the hamburger list I don't want ANY of them down there. I just want to be able to add my own links, my own five items, not the default ones 😞 Isn't that possible? I had to disable it because I can't see how to edit the default links/icons 😞 😞 😞 I can only add new ones, not edit the existing ones. Need your help. I don't want to add more links, I just want to add 4-5 important ones instead of the ones available by added. If that's not possible, I would kindly request a refund. I want a simple mobile navigation, but I just can't edit the exiting items 😞 😞 😞

  4. That's awesome. That's a huge improvement over what I saw in the screenshots. It looks perfect to me now if we can choose the icons, colours and style. Will this version be released soon? Thanks
  5. @shahedTrust you are doing well. I wanted to buy the plugin but first I wanted to ask whether the style (colour) and shape of the buttons for the extra links can be changed. They don't look very good, see attachment. Font size, font type and button shape/size. Can they be changed? I can't see that in the options shared in the screenshots.

  7. I didn't miss anything 😞 He said he had no funds on PayPal. He recharged his PayPal account by adding more funds. It's very common when you use debit cards or you run out of funds. The payment could not be processed when it had to (this is also common). Isn't that irrelevant? Why? Because there was a pending invoice that he HAS paid and the user group hasn't been changed. Several questions here: 1. How can he pay for an invoice that has expired? If he pays, then he should get his user group updated. 2. If he pays the invoice for a product, ACP should change the user and grant new permission? 3. He forced payment??? What do you mean? How could I or the user force anything? He sees an invoice that can be paid, he pays it and that's it. He expects the access to the service he just paid, so do I 😞 I do not understand what you are trying to say. It's like everyone is doing things wrong except the software. An invoice was paid. That's what matters here. Why doesn't the use have access to the service then??? He paid and he has no access. He cannot force anything, he just paid. He is not a hacker forcing his way into the system, he just paid 😞 and he is not enjoying the service he paid for. I have no idea why and that's why I am asking because it makes no sense.
  8. Yes, but the payment has gone through. He has paid the invoice and the user group hasn't been changed. Why wasn't the user group changed? The user is complaining because he paid and he cannot access to the community. I didn't give him any access yet because I wanted to wait for your answer and not to touch anything. He is waiting and I don't know what to do and why this happened. The product exists. It was just renamed. Payment went through and the user group wasn't changed. Why? See the two payments in PayPal. The last one was also paid but ACP didn't change the user group. It's been paid.
  9. I have not removed it. I renamed it from Learner to Private Coaching Learner Plan. It's the same product. Renamed it and changed price and chose that the new changes should affect only the new purchases. ----- One more question. Had I eliminated the product, shouldn't pending invoices be eliminated or disabled for purchase? Isn't it a flaw in logic to let users pay for an invoice that is linked to a non existent or deleted product? Letting a user pay for an invoice linked to a deleted product makes no sense. It should at least disable the purchase. Thanks
  10. The client contact me and this is what he told me... The payment has gone through on PayPal but his user group did not update. ----- he wrote this ----- My subscription start on 26 of May I payed through PayPal and it was automatic payment Then when my subscription is over there was no balance in my PayPal account I received massage of payment declined Then I recharge my account and I received a message of payment confirmation This is the steps I went through for payment , any further information needed I’m glad to offer.
  11. Good day, I got an email from a member telling me that he made a payment using payment but he cannot access the community. I checked and PayPal has received the payment yesterday the 23rd July but the invoice for this user appears as expired and the user groups hasn't been changed so he cannot access the community even though he has paid. I've verified the payment, it's on my PayPal account. The invoice that expired is #285. First payment done last 18th June 2022. On ACP I cannot see the new invoice as paid but I reviewed the payment. The membership expires last Tuesday and payment went through PayPal yesterday. I am confused. Don't know what is going on and why. Can the support team look into it. I would like to suggest a couple of suggestions for the drip campaigns module. 1 Adding a trigger that will remove a member from the current drip campaign. When? A. Remove member from campaign if he buys a product or subscription. This feature would be so helpful. New members that do not purchase a product or subscription are receiving a drip campaign whose emails are trying to sell them a product. What happens when the product is purchased? The member is receiving the same drip campaign emails AS IF they had not purchased the product. Could it be possible to add this feature? B. Remove member from campaign when his user group (primary or secondary) has changed. Thanks so much.
  13. Hello, I see an issue with one of my products. It is set up as yearly payments and renewals. The first payment is correct, then I can see renewals and the only thing I can see is "taxes not included". It happens with this product, not with others. I am trying to understand why: There is no renewal price, only taxes not incl. Why the renewal text block is shown Thanks

  16. Hello, I am having a weird issue with a member. He is unable to log in or reset his password. As an admin, I've signed in as the username and it works fine... but I've tried to change his password several times on ACP and I won't be able to log in from Chrome or Firefox. The admin can sign in on the website as the user from ACP, but neither the user nor I, can log in with the new credentials if done outside ACP. I've tried several times with different passwords and it won't work 😞 The user asked me but I don't know what to tell me because it doesn't make sense. I've tired to change the user groups manually, just in case it was related to the user group, but nothing, same result. Could anyone please look into this issue? The username is: gorilllah Thanks
  17. Hello, Today Super Blocks plugin was updated a few hours ago. It is now compatible with 4.7. I purchased it a few months ago but there is a problem. I have version 1.3.0 but when I click on check updates on my ACP, this plugin won't be an option, even though it's compatible with 4.7. Problems: 1. New update won't appear on my ACP 2. Plugin cannot be located when I search on my ACP's marketplace. What is the problem? Thanks

  21. Purchased marked as expired? Didn't do anything. Got the email from the client explaining the error. I changed the user group manually to grant him access to what he paid for and wrote the support topic. Didn't do anything else. Just that after I got the error report from the member.
  22. Hello, A member just contacted me to report an issue when paying for a membership. The payment was done with stripe and it went through because I got the email from Stripe. The new secondary user group was not assigned after the purchase and the client told me what happened. See below his explanation. Could you please let me know what was the problem, if it was a temporary glitch or there is something wrong that could be repeated in the future? The invoice number is 1315 ----- user explanation ----- When doing the payment the bank asked for third confirmation - it is a code which I have and a sms code… When receiving the confirmation of the payment there was a message: Something went wrong please redo payment… But in my account it was staying that it is paid. So please, if you do not see my payment (because I did not receive sms for the completed transaction). ----- Thank a lot

I want to create product where I: Charge an initial price This price will give access to the users for 3 months Then the four month will start charging the user X every month until cancelled Is the configuration attached in the screenshot the right one to do this?   24. I installed 4.7 final. The can replicate the same problem. When I paste the URL from the first post of a topic, in this particular case, it thumbnail displayed will belong to the 3rd post and not the first one. This is the new link: https://bit.ly/3Ih4ZY3 I could replicate both issues: First post contains a link whose thumbnail should display the image from the first comment, but instead it displays the image from the 3rd comment Then I created a second post, added some time and an image. Submitted the second post I edited the 2nd post, deleted the image I had pasted and inserted the same one with an X in the middle (you will see the X) to make it different) and saved I started to type a third comment. I tried to paste another image and it doesn't let me do it 😞 In order to paste an image, I MUST refresh the browser's page I am using latest MacOS and the last Chrome update (yesterday) In the link above I've been able to replicate both issues: Unable to paste an image in a new comment IF I edit the previous comment and delete the image and change it for another one When pasting a shared link, I will see the thumb of a different post in the topic. It should display the thumbnail of the topic/comment I've chosen to share. Thanks
  25. I have seen in many times in the past. I didn't try to replicate it today. I saw it happen again and I shared the issue. I tried to replicate the problem now and I am getting an even weirder result. See this link: https://bit.ly/3OKhTjH The image you can see in the thumbnail does NOT belong to the first comment (the comment I took the shared link from), it belongs to the #3 post. Why is the pasted link choosing the image from the third post instead of the first post image? 😞
