  3. Update in this issue. When the renamed tag is clicked, it won't show any results. However, when I edit a topic and try to add the renamed tag, it will work. When a new topic is written and the newly renamed tag is used, the topic WILL appear in the streams The NEW and renamed tag is available in the system, but if the tag was renamed the stream will NOT display any topics with the renamed tag. I guess this is an issue with IPS and not the plugin. But I am not a programmer. Could you please help? Thanks
  4. I had to rename the tag again to its original status... and now I can see the list of related topics. Is this an issue with the plugin or an issue with IPS? There is something definitely wrong. Please, help @Makoto
  5. Hello there, I am not sure whether this is an issue with the Radical Tags plugin I am using or IPS. I contacted the developer as well, but I wanted to know whether this could be an issue with IPS. I cannot rename tags in batches so I have been using Radical Tags plugin for a long time. I am having a serious problem with it now. I renamed a couple of tags that had more than 50 related topics. I see the tags are changed in all the topics, that's great. However, if I click on any topic with the changed tag, the stream will NOT display any topic, just an error. No results. This is only happening when I rename the tag when using Radical Tags. As I said, the developer has been notified, just wanted to know if this could be another thing related to IPS software. I am using 4.7.4. The tags exist in IPS, so shouldn't they be listed in the streams regardless of what it changed/renamed them? See attachment after renaming the tag. 0 results. Thanks a lot I had to rename the tag again to its original status... and now I can see the list of related topics. Is this an issue with the plugin or an issue with IPS?
  6. Hello @Makoto I am having a serious problem with Radical Tags. I renamed a couple of tags that had more than 50 related topics. I see the tags are changed in all the topics, that's great.   7. That's a time consuming and not a smart approach, in my humble opinion. You want the admin to check for dozens of club requests amongst hundreds of notifications? Time consuming and not centralised.
  8. I would like to suggest a feature for the clubs application. There should exist the possibility of creating a custom rejection forum for each club. Whenever a user tries to join a club, if the request is rejected, he will receive a message or email with a custom rejection message that each club should have in its settings. Right now, the user will receive a custom non-personalized message regardless of the club or the reasons why his request was rejected. Thanks
  9. I did this using the latest IPS version. I have manually selected 10-20 posts for every page of 25 and moving it to the club/forum I wanted. After that, I found that there are hundreds of unread topics. The original read statuses of those topics were read. They ended up becoming unread topics once moved to the club.

  11. But I want all user groups to see the variety of gorups they will have access to? My community is a paid community. Users need to see whet there is. Another thing is to have the privileges to join the clubs. Right now it's either you hide them completely or you let everyone request to join, this generating unnecessary administrator work to reject club join requests all the time.
  12. Hello, What happens when a user requests to join a club? Is there a way the user can see a REJECTION MESSAGE when the admin/moderator rejects his request? Is there a place where I can write a message to be shown to the user whose request to join a club is rejected? Thanks
  13. Hello, Admins and moderators should have a place to see all club's invitations request. I mean, I've created 10 clubs. I will create a few more. I have to go to EACH club every day to see the invitations (requests)? Approve them or reject them. There should be a single place where admins/moderators can see ALL the invitations from ALL the clubs they have created (manage) in a single place. Thanks
  14. Hello, Currently, the Clubs are not integration with the built-in user group permissions in the forums. Anyone can request to join a club or see the club if the club has been configured that way. The only way to NOT SHOW the club and prevent users from joining is by hiding them and making them private 😞 However, that's not the solution. ACP has user groups that are used for products and subscriptions. Why aren't they used for clubs as well? It makes no sense. I've been trying to find how to change the Club permissions so that ONLY certain user groups can see the clubs or even request to join the club. I just can't find it. It looks like the user groups are not integrated with the Clubs. I've created a few Clubs and I want these clubs: To be invisible to certain user groups Or IF a member within USER GROUP X tries to request to join the club, he will be rejected because his user group is NOT allowed to join A user that tries to join a club for which he has not permissions (user group) will see a custom notice like "You are not allowed to join. You need this product to join". Something like that Right now, many users are requesting to join the clubs I have created but I do NOT want everyone to join or even request it. I want members to see there are a bunch of clubs but only those with the right USER GROUP (product-wise) will be able to join or request to join the club. Why? In these clubs, we will discuss information where certain (user groups) should not be allowed to read or contribute because they do not have the permissions (privilege) 😞 There is no way to select which user groups can view or join the clubs 😞 It makes no sense. Now, everyone can request to join the club, some user groups should not even see them. There is a lot of admin work rejecting users to request to join a club they cannot join. Hopefully you can work a bit more on the Clubs application to fully integrate it with USER GROUPS. Below is what is available now. There is no way to integrate it with the user groups. Thanks a lot

  17. Hello, I wanted to report an issue. I moved hundreds of posts from the a main forum category to a category in a Club. Now I can see hundreds of unread posts in my stream 😞 Moving the topics from a forum to the club's forum should RESPECT the original status of the topic and not set them as unread 😞 Thanks
  18. Thanks a lot for your help. However, what I want is to grant permissions to see Clubs or Join them based on the user group. I did already what you suggested to hide the clubs from Guests and Member user groups. If I do what you suggested, then the user group will never be able to see the club, ever. Need the clubs to be integrated with the user groups, which is the core of the system 😞 They have been completely disregarded in clubs.

So it seems that I can't do this logical step of being able to use the user groups to limit access/visibility to certain clubs.   20. Hello, I've created a couple of clubs and have invited a few members. As an admin, I can't see which members I invited. I don't know if i invited 4 or 10 or who I invited. Where can I see the invitations I've sent? Thanks

  22. I am not sure if I understand. I also want to display the sidebars at the top on mobile devices. However, if I duplicate the block, how am I going to see it above everything? There is no option for that, you can enable the block for phone devices, that's all. I wanted to try this trick or yours, but before I wanted to ask you exactly what you got. If I duplicate the block, I will see two blocks; I will not see one at the top and another one at the bottom. Thanks so much for your time.
  23. I understood, but that ticket at the restaurant is called that, a ticket. It will become an invoice once it's been paid. At restaurants in Spain, and everywhere in my country, you will NEVER EVER EVER get an invoice if the bill has not been paid. So now, I have my ACP filled with useless tickets called invoices. And the government wants correlative invoices. Since I have to delete unpaid payment attempts, the final invoices that are paid will never have correlative numbers. I assume each country does it slightly different, but as I said, an unpaid invoice is a ticket in my country. The invoice (called factura in my country), will not even exist otherwise. Ans that's why I aggree with this feature proposal that a guest should pay first befor the invoice is even created.
