I used Sendgrid based on the recommendation of the IPS staff and because support is built into IPS. Unfortunately the price of Sendgrid is 10x that of Amazon's SES simple email service.
I just switched over to Amazon SES and am stuck using the SMTP route rather than via the API because there isn't native support via IPS like there is for Sendgrid.
I'd like to ask for or vote for IPS adding support for Amazon SES, just like it supports Sendgrid.

That’s a great idea . I guess it shouldn’t be too hard to strip out the quotes before this app counts the content but I can’t promise it yet and we’re really really busy with other stuff so we’ll not be able to test this idea before October . But it’s really really an amazing idea and I’ve put it high priority on my list..
Remove quotes, emojis, attachments and count only the remaining chars

We have a huge Korean language spam issue. Any chance of getting Korean added to the language options?

Thanks!  I have the same Chinese problem, but also Korean and Indian "Healers".
It would be great to be able to flag Korean also and maybe selected phrases.  The Indian "healer" posts tend to have some phrases that are the same in every post or reference some Hindu God.  I would be great to have a phrases option.

Bought this app, recently and after using it for a while I love it thoroughly. Great work was done by everyone involved. Keep it up.
Few suggestions to make it more appealing for intense usage.
    https://carnity.com/classifieds/
    Classifieds App Suggestions:
Every category should have an option to check whether members can post an advert in that category or not (in case it's used as root/placeholder category only). Like in my case I don't want people to post an advert in Audi, BMW, Cadillac but instead in their sub category like Audi - A4, BMW - X5, Cadillac - Escalade etc. Every category should have its own index page, to load all adverts (controlled number) place in its sub categories. Like when someone clicks on Audi, they should see all adverts place under all sub categories of Audi, instead of showing sub-cat that is already displayed on right side - https://carnity.com/classifieds/audi Every category should have the option to add filters on the sidebar, to better search the required advert based on type, condition, option and extra custom fields. We can let people search faster for 2012 model Audi A4 for sale with Automatic gear. There should be an option to show/hide poster name, posting date and show advertisers other option for community admin to decide to use/show or not - already achieved by code edits (hit and trial). Happy to help others. There should be a sidebar on advert page too, showing advert feed from same sub category along with category listing at the same level. Example Audi A4 advert should have other Audi A4 feed on the top right followed with Audi sub category showing links to other Audi categories like A4, A6, A8, TT etc.

If anyone needs this now just yell, otherwise I'm holding off on a release for awhile to tackle some other things. FYI the fixes for both Bookmarks and Post Notes are on the Misc tab (last one) in KS. You will need to enable the fixes there, no need for them to run if they are not needed.
Also, just for completeness, these fixes both test whether you have enabled them or not and also if the application involved is enabled as well. This last bit is a good way to simultaneously test whether you have the application in the first place and that you have that app actually turned on. As both fixes are calling application-specific templates you can imagine the support hilarity that I would bring upon myself when people disable the application, but leave KS up and running with the specific app fix enabled, which would be calling for that now disabled template...
