  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Just curious if this was a case sensitivity thing with BOY vs boy which may be included?
  3. Our team has looked at this and aware of an issue that may be there for the main page of the ACP Marketplace. This should be resolved shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  4. First step is double checking that external connections are working fine on both. Would also suggest upgrading to the GA release of 4.7.5.
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. Unfortunately, I am not having any issues connecting on my test instance. Are you accessing the Marketplace main page or a specific Marketplace item? If the main page, I'd check if your server is having any external connection issues.
  7. These would be changed when you update the custom URL in your storage configuration settings in the ACP. If they are not, we would need an example.
  8. I've moved this to a ticket so we can discuss your objectives here. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  9. Unfortunately, the administrator credentials are incorrect. Please verify and update.
  10. You'd want to check with your hosting provider where these get logged then as it may not be the correct log file depending on your server settings, of course 🙂 .
  11. A 500 Internal Server Error basically is like the check engine light of the web world. It says something is wrong but not what or where. Instead of enabling PHP to display errors (which could display these to anyone), you would just need to review your server error log to see what is happening. 🙂 Glad we could be of assistance.
  12. Please contact the author for assistance in uninstalling any third party application.
  13. It is best to keep the site completely offline to avoid losing any data after you take the backups, this could be anything from setting changes, to password changes, etc... This could be anything a user can change. If you’re worried about offline timeline, please reply back to our migration team and they can give you an outline of what to expect.
  14. You would need to check those failures as they likely are slowly your tasks.
  15. The only available by default tool to resize it would be the Logo Height you mentioned. Perhaps you were using a custom theme?
  16. Are you sure your CRON is running every minute without error?
  17. Please contact the author of the language pack as there is likely something incorrect causing an issue.
  18. Correct. Segmenting these would allow you to get the results you desire.
  19. If your moderators have their permissions set in the "Forums" tab, that is all which they will be able to moderate. They will not receive notifications about Databases, as in your screenshot, it is disabled.
  20. Separate to this issue, while I was in your ACP, I noticed that you have a significant number of email failures. If you have resolved this issue, you may wish to have your hosting provider truncate the core_mail_error_logs table as it is significantly large. -------------- Relating to this issue: Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. Correct, you would simply remove permissions for their member group (or user) to moderate those specific areas. Each database will show up in the Moderators permission area in the ACP.
  22. Root FURL slugs cannot be changed in this manner, I'm afraid.
  23. By "trial version", I am assuming you mean a test URL on your license? The only trials we provide are via our hosted instances so believe this is just a language mix up. I am not quite sure what you mean by hashgenerator, could you please clarify?
  24. I have tagged a developer to this in case this is something we wish to investigate. However, we only support the native browser on a device so on the iPhone, this would be Safari.
  25. Please note we only support the native browser on mobile devices. Third party browser, like Brave, would not be supported, I’m afraid.
