  1. We need all caching disabled on the server to further move through troubleshooting. Please let us know once that is done.
  2. Please have your hosting provider disable OPCache. Things are semi-working right now and OPCache may be changing execution. Please also ask if there is any other server caching and disable that.
  3. This is expected and a security measure on our end. Unfortunately, it is the connection rather than the credentials. The connection is not getting far enough to attempt the credntials. OK, had to use the other hostname and some other connection properties but I got in.
  4. Unfortunately, these connections are failing.
  5. I've submitted an internal bug for this. The current work around would be to enable tags on the forum, delete the tags and then disable tags again till this is resolved. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. Unfortunately, the FTP/SFTP access details are still incorrect.
  7. When you do group searching via the front-end, it would do both primary and secondary groups.
  8. Could you please provide an example user's display name or ID and then the topic URL they're attempting to remove/edit tags in?
  9. Glad to hear you were able resolve your issue.
  10. Please switch to an unmodified theme with all third-party applications/plugins disabled and try again. If you're still having issues, please ensure that the access details (below) are valid and let us know.: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. Keep in mind, not all hosting comes with email 🙂 .
  12. Glad to hear you were able to resolve it.
  13. Please ensure that your administrators have unrestricted moderator permissions in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators.
  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. This would require some custom HTML/CSS/JS to perform this but certainly doable in the platform.
  16. It could indeed be different depending on the server configuration and what you have added to the installation. If you would like to add FTP/SFTP below we can take a further look: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  17. Is mod_rewrite disabled for your server directory? Do you have folders on your server named similarly to these friendly URLs? Sounds like something extremely odd/unique is happening here.
  18. Checking for changes at the server level is step one, a change could have been made which you are unaware of. You’re also using memcahed caching which likely needs to be disabled while testing because a change could be stored for a period of time and be impactful without knowing. There is a lot going on with your community which getting it to our stock software would be advised so we know what is happening.
  19. Please contact your email provider for assistance. As Randy mentioned, it means our software successfully passed it to your email provider but they failed to deliver it.
  20. Unfortunately, even when I disable rewritten URLs on your community, the server is not serving pages as expected. You will want to contact your hosting provider to advise on what has recently changed and work with them to resolve this. Additionally, you are running an out of date release of the software. You will want to upgrade as soon as possible.
  21. You can look at your configuration by going to ACP -> System -> Email Settings. However, the password will be a password input type so will not be viewable. You can also check the error by going to ACP -> System -> Email Settings -> Email Error log.
  22. Sounds like something is off with your URL rewrites. You will want to undo any custom FURL and also remove any customizations from your .htaccess. (You can download a fresh .htaccess by going to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization)
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  24. I would advise restoring your database to a previous backup if any changes you made manually are causing errors. We do not support or recommend manual database changes.
