  3. Yes, it is necessary, per your license agreement, you can only have 1 Live URL and 1 Test URL. Both of which need to be recorded on your license.
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. We would require a valid installation on your license to investigate (we would not provide support for an unlicensed installation). We can reset your Test URL so you can point a sub-domain to the new server and use your test key there.
  6. From a brief review, things look like they should work at this time. Please let us know if there are any issues.
  7. The URL on file is pointing to a community which is working. Could you please clarify? If you're having issues upgrading the software, we would require the community to be in a broken state in order to further investigate.
  8. Sorry, may have misspoke there, you would need to remove guest's ability to see these products/subscriptions. This would be the only way for guests to not add anything to their cart.
  9. CloudFlare has been proposed in the deprecation topic as an example of how easy it is to setup a CDN to do page caching. It is not the only solution by any means. If you cannot work in CloudFlare, there are countless solutions out there. You will want to find one that suits your needs 😉 .
  10. There is not a CAPTCHA for checking out. You can disable Guests from adding things to their cart which will in turn prevent invoices and thus go through registration and validation to purchase things. Alternatively, you can certainly suggest any preventative measures you see fit in our Feature Suggestion forum.
  11. Unfortunately, it is just stating that the group they were in has been deleted. You can view this yourself on the member's profile in the ACP. It is also worth mentioning that your "Members" group is a protected group in Subscriptions. So that will not change. It looks like this user has "Members" as their primary group so that would also not change. You would need to remove "Members" from being a protected member group in the Subscription settings
  12. Unfortunately, we would need to know a page or some information to accurate investigate what is going on. Alternatively, we would need a link to your system log error so we can see this information ourselves.
  13. I'm afraid, that is intended. Guest Caching has been removed, as mentioned.

  15. Please enable the standard login handler and we can see anything on our end happening. However, simple storage management would be on their end to ensure it is implemented correctly through our software.
  16. How exactly are you encountering this? Loading the editor or anything specifically? If you disable all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme does this prevent it from being encountered?
  17. Please put this in the body here (but strip out your base url) or put it in the notes section of the access details of the Client Area. Otherwise, you'll be waiting possibly a long time for a response from a staff member due to shift changes, vacation possibilities, etc...
  18. I'm afraid, anything added to the translation which would include HTML, malformed text, etc... could impact the layout. Therefore, our only recommendation would be to use the default English translation if the author is unwilling to assist. Third party translation packs are outside our scope of support.
  19. You have your Spam Defense set to require moderator approval for individuals who are level 1. This is not recommended as level 1 states that this user is not a spammer. Allowing them to register normally would be recommended. This is managed in ACP -> Members -> Spam Prevention -> Spam Defense tab.
  20. Moderation permissions are done in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators. You are effectively not giving your moderators permissions under the Articles tab or Support tab to moderate the content there as you have unchecked it. Therefore, they will not see reports.

  22. Could you please clarify the error you're seeing which does not allow you to purchase anything?
  23. Believe this is where the misunderstanding lies. It does both. If you do not present them with moderation permissions to these categories, they will also not have view report permissions because they cannot take action on those reports.
  24. The group which this user was in is showing as deleted in the activity notes. Was this done recently? If this was included in any of your Subscription settings, were these updated to exclude these?
