  1. What is your prune timeframe for the error log? Just wondering if it is clearing by the time you are checking the actual log.
  2. A guest and member cannot be merged, I’m afraid. This would require a customization.
  3. The mailbox there is unavailable. Either a bad address or another issue with the provider.
  4. Glad to hear you were able to get that resolved and upgraded!
  5. For cloud clients, sorry for the inconvenience. There was an issue on our end which was remedied quickly.
  6. My first recommendation would be to disable all third party applications/plugins and themes. I see you have a few things there that are involved with the header and may be impacting the outputted HTML and CSS.
  7. Have you tried to perform a manual upgrade? I don't remember the exact version but there was a bug recently which caused something similar to what you're experiencing and the only way forward is a manual upgrade. Please be sure to perform a full database and file backup prior.
  8. That would be expected as you're not logged in and the guest cache would impact you. If you want to read notifications though, you would be best to login as you may receive notifications that guest wouldn't be able to take action on and have other expected permission warnings with that.
  9. You are getting "Unknown storage engine 'InnoDB'" , you would need to contact your hosting provider for assistance with your MySQL server.
  10. Have you resolved the errors in your System Log? Otherwise, the table will continue to grow. Please also ensure that your background tasks are operating. If you operate them via traffic and have low traffic, you may wish to try CRON for more precise execution.
  11. Please be advised I have created a ticket for this so we can investigate further. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  12. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket to better investigate. Please check your email for further instructions.
  13. There is also a patch remaining. Please ensure all items are resolved and applied in ACP -> Support.
  14. Thank you. Please fix the database problems highlighted in ACP -> Support -> Database
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  16. I'm afraid, features change in all software all the time and the only way to understand how to use them would be to keep up with the documentation and ask questions 🙂 . Depending on the amount of members and content you have and then the performance of your server, it can take time. You can check the status by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard and then even run them manually to have it run faster by clicking "manually run them now"
  17. There is likely a template which is either being injected/inherited or a template is out of date. You will need to review your custom/outdated templates and upgrade them to be compatible with PHP 8.
  18. Please be advised I have moved your issue to a ticket. Please check your email for next steps.
  19. Could you please rephrase what you mean here? If a third party developer is running maintenance before updating, you would need to work with them to resolve it. That would be outside our scope of support. However, I am unsure if this is what you mean here as it feels like there may be a language barrier.
  20. Could you please clarify what was done? As the last upgrade on your instance was done in 2021 and there is not a current upgrade commencing.
  21. We would not be able to fix a table corruption caused by a server migration. That would be for your hosting provider to resolve or restore a backup from before the migration was attempted.
  22. A 500 Error would be a server would be like the check engine light of your car. It says something is wrong but not exactly what or where. You would need to grab the server error log entry on your server for that. 2F176/1 error is a permission error that they do not have access so would need to ensure they're logged in with the correct account.
  23. I'm afraid, you would need to work with your hosting provider to get a capable server that can run the latest release of the software as the resolution to your issue in this topic would be to upgrade.
  24. You would need to contact your hosting provider for assistance in getting PHP 8.1 then.
