  1. You can revert to an unmodified template and view the record listings to multi-select each record, like you can topics in a forum. Just not as efficient as deleting the category or whole database.
  2. If the database has categories and you only want to delete 1 category, you can use the move/delete option when managing categories. Otherwise, if you want to delete all records form it, just delete the database 🙂 .
  3. Thank you, I have added a note to review this further internally.
  4. This would be highly dependent on your theme and any third party items you have enabled, like SuperGrid. You would need to use the custom display option. The field name would be before in most like depicted.
  5. Keep in mind that there are human spammers as well who do research and work for bots. By supplying answers to 3/4 of these questions in the question itself, you're making their lives very easy. These questions, in general, are rather easy and your target niche don't need those answers in question. If these questions are old, it may be well that the bots/humans have discovered these answers. You'll also want to switch to hCAPTCHA and ensure you have "Difficult" set for the passing method if you continue to get hit hard. Be sure to also flag all these users as spammers as that will tell our Spam Defense of them.
  6. This looks like a List View Format or Display View Format for a field rather than a tag. These are managed in ACP -> Pages -> Databases -> under your database name, click "Fields" -> edit the field and click "Display Options"
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. I'm afraid, only Apache is supported. If you want to use NGINX, you would need to work with your server administrator to translate the .htaccess rules to NGINX. There may be someone here who has already done so but please keep in mind, if any issues arise from your server configuration, they would be on yourself to resolve.
  10. Without suggesting the solution you want in our Feedback forum or having a third party provider create it for you, one will not be had if the current tools do not meet what you want. (Keep in mind too that simply suggesting a feature is not a guarantee it will be made into the software).
  11. I would advise reading this topic explaining it, the short answer is that new features will come to both Cloud and Classic. If/when Courses will come to self-hosted is undetermined at this point but our leadership has sated that it could.
  12. If you are not seeing video formats available to upload that means that your member group does not have permission to upload video formats. To provide this permission, you will want to go to ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Gallery tab -> Can upload movies?
  13. As DawPi mentioned, Courses are only available within our Cloud plans. Self-hosted and our lower Cloud plans do not receive it. As you are self-hosted, this would not be available within your license at this time.
  14. Would suggest reaching out to your hosting provider to see if you have mod_security enabled and disabled it temporarily. Often this is the case when getting a 404 error in the ACP. It is worth mentioning that 60 third party applications/plugins are A LOT! That is a lot of chances for things to be going wrong and I would ensure each of these are compatible (even the disabled ones) with your release of Invision Community that you're running. Uninstall those which you're not using or not 100% required for your community.
  15. Looks like you have allowed your group now to upload images as I can upload an image as an administrator. If you're still having issues moving the block, please let us know.
  16. I'm afraid, there is not as it is intended to be only for guests. What was the error you were having?
  17. When viewing your community as a guest, I am seeing your guest signup widget no problem. Due to the content of the website, I am unable to post a screenshot though.
  18. Disable all third party applications/plugins and try again. Check your custom profile fields for any custom validation.

    Problem

"The site can't be reached" wouldn't be an issue from the software itself. That is not within our software. That generally is a server error or configuration, such as it timed out but your hosting provider would be able to investigate their logs to see why this is happening. Regarding the login issue, I would check your caching as my colleague mentioned but also review that your browser isn't inserting a password or if there is an external login provider or converter that all login providers are set to email or display name that you want to use.
  20. Do you have an example that we can take a look at? As mentioned earlier in this topic, both languages have to be filled out and that may be causing confusion.
  21. Glad we could be of assistance 🙂
  22. Sounds like potentially, your default application got accidentally set to something else. Can check out this guide to help you change that back to Forums:
  23. No worries 🙂 . Glad we could help.
  24. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket. Please watch your email inbox for further communication.
  25. It would need to be an enclosure as seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_enclosure
