  1. If you've selected "Send mail to these addresses", you would need to ensure that the secretary email address is not included in the list there.
  2. If you are still referring to just the Contact Us form, you can manage those settings in ACP -> System -> Contact Us.
  3. Sorry, there are no means to add users to Clubs in bulk (either multiple members or clubs). This would require a customization.
  4. Have you tried the steps there by switching to an unmodified theme and disabling all third party applications/plugins? Recovery mode can be used to do this if you do not have access to the ACP:
  5. Yes, many of our clients have had success with hCAPTCHA. You can increase the "Passing Threshold" in hCAPTCHA to "Difficult" and this will also make it harder to pass for bots.
  6. You can not have our software live at 2 URLs at once. You would either need to backup your current installation and download it to your local computer or storage elsewhere, take down the software from the current location. Then you would be able to reset your license URL and install it at the new URL.
  7. You'll want to delete the "blog" folder in your "info" folder as that shouldn't be there and the dynamic URL isn't working from the software.
  8. Glad to hear that you found the issue!
  9. Unfortunately, this isn't something which I can reproduce on my own installation. I would recommend checking server permissions and security modules to ensure that the system is able to reach the given URL there and validate what is on the server.
  10. Thank you. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  11. You can try recovery mode, that will eliminate any third party issues from the equation:
  12. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?
  13. Typically, if the keys are the only thing different between your communities, this sounds like the key wasn't setup correctly. Did you try using the working community's key on the one that isn't working? (Make sure anything unique to the community, like URL restrictions, are added/changed) That would confirm it.
  14. Have you verified that the queries are successfully being ran?
  15. Sorry, we would not be able to interact back/forth for troubleshooting/resolving issues like these, we would require full access to the code.
  16. Please be advised I have tagged a developer to review your claims here.
  17. You should have received an email from us. One of our developers investigated and submitted a fix for a future release.
  18. We would require this to continue support.
  19. Thank you, I am able to get it but appears we are still missing FTP/SFTP access
  20. What is the OAUTH login provider interacting with? Are both systems rendering the interaction correctly and within the given timeframe?
  21. Please ensure that Two Factor Authentication is disabled for our account. It is not possible for all our technicians who require access to assist you to be able to use this. If you would like to use security questions, please provide all questions and answers in the Notes field of the Client Area Access Details.
  22. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  23. Unfortunately, tried a few users, spending some time browsing your community and then going into the forum and topics mentioned and not seeing any access issues.
  24. Please do not delete anything directly in the database. If this is still going on, we can take a look, please let us know.
  25. Would advise also increasing the difficulty of the CAPTCHA in your hCAPTCHA settings. This has helped others. Also, may wish to rotate your questions in Q/A on registration. Keep in mind that there are human spammers too so keeping the questions unique to your niche and not easily Google-able would be advised.
