  2. Please check your ticket, we have responded. Anyone else who is encountering this, please clear your browser's cache.
  3. We resolved an issue earlier which was showing /admin/install. Likely was just out of date cache in your browser which led to the issue of it being persistent.
  4. Unfortunately, I am not seeing an issue. If you clear your cache and cookies, are you still having issues?
  5. Unfortunately, the iPad Air 1 is 10 years old at this point and only upgradable to iOS 12 which is 5 years old so likely would start or will encounter issues on the modern web. CloudFlare was just an example. There are others out there that do similar things.
  6. What are the devices and iOS versions? We do not have a document outlining this but generally, if the device is old and/or it is not receiving updates from the OS manufacture, we can't really provide support for outdated technology. It really would be in an "as-is" use. Of course, if you're using technology, like CloudFlare, to transpose your images to WEBP and the device doesn't support WEBP, that is outside our hands.
  7. Go to /admin/upgrade to complete the upgrade process. Sounds like you may have applied a patch file but have not run the upgrader yet.

  9. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this on the latest release with the URL slug not removing any quotes, single or double. I would recommend starting out by disabling all third party applications/plugins and trying again to see if you can reproduce this. If you can, please let us know the URL and we can investigate this for you.
  10. Anyone who can edit the first post in a topic can add a poll. There are no other means currently in the core software.
  11. Albums have a relationship to a user or set of users. As guests are not a user, that relationship is a little complicated to say the least. However, for any changes in the product, feel free to submit a suggestion in the Suggestion forum 🙂
  12. Is this a new record or are you editing a record?
  13. This would be an amendment to the publish feature to use past dates in records.
  14. Additionally to what Randy said, are you using a compliant browser for these types? Aka Google Chrome for Google Pay and Safari for Apple Pay?
  15. Looking at your community, I am not seeing any issues with the software. Unread and read topics are displaying properly on your community. However, you are using customized themes so that may be playing a part which you may wish to speak to a theme author about assistance in making the contrast there different. Otherwise, you're welcome to provide suggestions here for a future release.
  16. The edit time restriction should be suite-wide. Are you seeing this not as such or is this more a question?
  17. “MySQL server has gone away” is a hosting issue with your MySQL server. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  18. If you go to ACP -> Support, is there any issues under Database?

  20. The plugin was currently enabled. When I disable it, I see the below. I left it disabled for you.
  21. Did you restore your community? It looks like there is not an upgrade currently present. Please note we would require the issue present to investigate.
  22. This is coming from the third party plugin called Donate Sidebar. It is imposing font selections on your community. You will want to remove any custom fonts and CSS in there or contact the author for assistance.

  24. Unfortunately, it is showing as incorrect credentials now.
