  1. You'd need to do what my colleague stated. This would be the best way to show multiple ads in different or the same location at the same time.
  2. I'm afraid, that looks like custom JS on the page. You would need to remove all custom JS on the page or resolve this with the author of the JS.
  3. It's a technical limitation of utilizing GD for upload processing. Things like PDFs, etc... that don't go through it would not be impacted by it.
  4. Are you referring to the original issue here or is this a different issue? If the former, my colleague outlined there is not an order here. If the latter, could you please further elaborate?
  5. Sorry, we would not be able to assist with custom Javascript. If it works without your custom JS, something in your custom JS is causing an error.
  6. Please clear your system caches in ACP -> System -> Support. Please also ensure there is no custom Javascript on the page.
  7. Do you have an example of what you're seeing here? There may be some degradation of the file during any upload process but typically that is minimal.
  8. Double check your group promotion rules to ensure they are not undoing anything here. Additionally, I would disable all third party applications and plugins. You have a few which are outdated.
  9. You can put any links to video or support evidence in the notes section of the Client Area for manage access details. This way, all our support techs have access to it.
  10. You would rerun the search and prune that you did prior.
  11. There are no background tasks on your community so the process is done. You may wish to double check the process you performed and the process completed.
  12. Sorry, I am a little confused by your statement here as we did not ask you to run one but rather it was an advisement to make sure you have one before any attempt at moving files or impacting elements like this. There is a ticket my colleague made but we have not yet heard back from you.
  13. Glad to hear it's working!
  14. Glad to hear that was it. Please feel free to leave any suggestion in our Feedback forum 😉
  15. Are you able to elaborate on that? What is the session problem that you're having? I was able to login to your community without issues. If you have visited on the browser before, I would recommend clearing cookies/cache just to start fresh to ensure nothing was corrupted. Do you allow members to delete their own content? If so, users would have the ability to delete their own topics. That is completely normal and what you have instructed the software to allow. If you can provide a topic URL and member name/id, we can certainly verify that.
  16. This seems unrelated to your original issues with CSRF key warnings. Are you still encountering this? However, looking at the data there, the error is from CleanTalk itself as it is passing a {"spammer":"1"} JSON data there which is not our own in the member history. You will need to reach out to them for assistance.
  17. This would likely indicate something wrong with the ACP and missing Javascript or your server is rejecting the request to save.
  18. Unfortunately, this is not something which I can reproduce myself on a test install. Are you receiving any errors in the browser console? (F12 -> console)
  19. Do you have an example URL I can take a look at this on? Currently, when going to your community you marked active for this topic, I do not see any courses present.
  20. It should. Sounds like there was a temporary issue in doing so, whether a permissions error on the server or something.
  21. Glad to hear this is resolved 🙂
  22. Be sure to update your .htaccess as it sounds like you have URL rewrites in place. Can get the new one from ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> URL Rewrites' description.
  23. I would need to know the site in question and member here then I can investigate why this happened.
  24. How was the PayPal Subscription cancelled? As the purchase is still active.
  25. I'll bring up what Charles mentioned above, it is not impacting any current licenses yet so no need to panic. Once we get to that happening there will be an announcement made. I'm not sure where you get a force to Cloud (Classic is still cheaper than Cloud 🙂 ). Classic is self-hosting and is offered for v5. v4 is also going to be maintained for quite some time still.
