  1. Indeed it would be the same price. The reason you didnt get a response to your first email is you emailed support and you dont have support via email. You should contact accounts for any accounts related queries. I can see there is a ticket there you submitted around half hour ago. I have closed that one off for you as its been answered here
  2. Please install the latest beta, rather than beta 1. We are a few versions in
  3. Please ensure your access details on file are set to your test site details, and I can take a look for you. Note, we dont actually support test instances
  4. Please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing if possible
  5. The reality is, you need to rule things out one at a time. I understand what you are saying about the disabling of items, but its an necessity if you want to get to the bottom of issues
  6. That will have nothing to do with the CSRF. Have you tested this without your 3rd party login enabled?
  7. Not at present for subscriptions, but we do have this in version 5 🙂
  8. Do you have rewriting switched on within your site?
  9. Sorry this is my confusion. You can allow/disallow for blogs but not other items. You can however get the feed itself from the bottom left when on the tab for an individual item. For example, if you are on a forum tab, you will see latest topic on the RSS feed on the bottom right of your site
  10. Out of interest, why?
  11. There is no way in which to mass delete them within the platform. You would be best simply to let them expire
  12. If you remove the payment method then of course it will indeed expire. You would need to let us know before the 60 days to generate a new invoice for you. Note, I would advise ensuring you do that a few days before, as once its gone, its gone.
  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  14. Glad to hear that sorted things for you 🙂
  15. Unfortunately, there isnt much more I can advise there, as It's a local environment. I can certainly say however we have thousands of clients using the platform for many languages, many locales, on many server types. It can only pick up what is present.
  16. Indeed you should. You need to edit the club itself on the front end, and enable it there 🙂
  17. It would actually be calling https://remoteservices.invisionpower.com/license/{key}
  18. 🤔-Thinking about the bug 👀-Looking for the solution to the bug 📰-Writing the fix for the bug ➡️-Exiting when he realised the bug fix didnt work 👤-Hiding in the shadow to see if anyone notices
  19. I agree, and reported.
  20. It would indeed then be your theme you would be looking at
  21. You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance Or indeed the author of the plugin, if It's a plugin that is using it
  22. Not at present. Clubs have their own RSS feed if enabled within that club
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release. To be fair, code can be incorrect too.
  24. would just like to say, while unofficial, opentype is pretty good with pages (understatement lol)
