  1. RSS does not have basic auth, so you cant use what you are trying to use there. You cannot access the key via the admin CP, you would key it from selecting the feed. If credentials change, then yes the key would change. So if you changed your password it would indeed change. What exactly is it you are trying to do here? You can get to most information from the REST API, and would then use a key for this purpose

  3. If you access using a key of a person logged in, that key would remain. You would pass the member_id and key field With regard the REST API, Im not referring to getting the key. Im referring to getting the data.
  4. You would use the key, not try to set networkcredentials as you are trying to do there. You may actually be best to use the REST API to get your data however, if its just the topics you are trying to get
  5. We are unable to assist with custom development unfortunately. I would ask however, why it is you need to pass credentials at all? That feed appears to be public anyway. Also, why would you not use the key?

  8. Please check mod_security logs on your server (or maybe even securi). Its likely the request is being blocked there
  9. You would edit your review using the edit option in the menu at the top right of your review
  10. The reason it was originally added to commerce is there can often be required financial information which needs to be added to those emails. If you wish to see this feature elsewhere, you would need to post up as a suggestion within our suggestions area
  11. Please could you disable all 3rd party items and test this? Its very likely this is down to 3rd party issues. If thats not the case, I would need to know which site this is for so I can take a look for you

  15. You would be best to simply change your email address on file to an email other than the one used with DNS. We can however get those DNS entries created for you if you submit a support request with those on. There are no other options for support at present
  16. As mentioned above, you would need to check the pages that are being reported and validate accordingly

  18. We are unfortunately unable to assist with upgrades from the 3.x platform, as we have no provided support for that item for a long long time now. However with this, the reality is its something you need to contact your hosting company on anyway. The folder is unable to be written to by our system, which is an issue on your hosting. I can certainly move this to our community support for you, as others may have come across similar issues when upgrading from 3.x., but it does look to be hosting there.
  19. There is no way in which to do this using the stock features of the platform. However if you take a look in the marketplace, you may well find something there which is suitable for your purposes. I believe there is one names Wordpress SSO that does this. You would however need to check with the author to make sure it suits your need
  20. Im not sure I understand the question there. You would be reimporting a new download of your data. You need to ensure its exported and imported using the same character set
  21. I'm not sure that really answers my colleagues question there. While I understand what you are doing, that will not change how many tasks there are from 4.4 to 4.6. What we are unsure of is if you have other conversion tasks outside of that upgrade process.
  22. As mentioned by randy, there isnt a WYSIWYG editor for email templates at present, other than those in the commerce application
