  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Glad to see you have that resolved on your instance.
  3. If this is the same site, you would need to ensure you are added as an alternative contact, and please ensure only one person reports issues, as you appear to have ended up with 2 topics. The other has been escalated
  4. I have created a ticket on this, and escalated to our developers
  5. This is identical to the below There seems to be some confusion here, as the site in question was showing under that other user, and now is showing under yourself. We can certainly take a look at this, but need access details, and need clarification on this
  6. You dont actually seem to be associated with the URL mentioned any longer, and I see there is another topic on this
  7. Sorry, I believe I may have been referring to the wrong thing there. Pressing on a notification within the device will indeed take you to the location that notification is for. This is by design
  8. Please update your browser to the latest release and check this again. We have seen this in some areas which was caused by a bug in chromium
  9. Changing items in the database is not something you should be doing in any case. There will be items such as the above that are placemarkers for items that would be replaced with URL locations in code.
  10. Glad to hear you got things sorted there
  11. You could use the following recovery method to try and disable the item https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  12. Ah, the ftp details were missing previously and are now showing. Unfortunately, the issue here is is the software cannot write to folders on your new server. Is this using suPHP or suExec?
  13. We would need all access details to be populated there.
  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. You would need to contact the author of that item. This is being caused by a steam plugin that is in use
  16. You mention everything seems to work there, however you have an issue item in the top left of your screenshot. I would suggest attending to that first of all
  17. Glad to hear that sorted the issue for you
  18. Unfortunately the issue there is within your custom theme. The issue is quite likely in your edited responsive.css template.
  19. I have got this into a ticket for you, so we can discuss further
  20. Its something you would need to bring up with them. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with 3rd party applications
  21. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support with 3rd party storage methods. Our software has only been internally tested with the s3 storage method it was designed for. Anything outside of that would need to be fully tested, and if problems occur, reverted to previous state.
  22. Its only set to open when you click on edit from the admin CP. It doesnt open that way when visited from the front end using a normal link. The reason it opens that way from the admin CP is that the intention of that button is to edit the page
  23. Its very likely an issue with permissions on that file. Please delete all files from your datastore folder, other than the index.php file, and see if that makes any difference. However it does need to be noted, we do not provide support for sites hosted on IIS unfortunately.
  24. As mentioned above, you cannot delete the group which is the default member group when someone registers. The reason for this is if we allowed you to do so, the system would not know what group in which to place a newly registered member. Therefore you need to change the member_group item mentioned above, or rename that group to whatever you wish it to be, rather than deleting it.
