  1. Please bear in mind our support will be slower over a weekend period, and our marketplace team would only generally operate mon-fri
  2. All screenshots which relate directly to your own community have already been removed. The only exception is the one in the first post, which could have been from any site anywhere.
  3. As mentioned by nathan above, the reason for this is you are trying to add an rss feed to an ical feed location. You can read RSS feeds, but only into forums of pages databases rather than the calendar. The calendar needs the items present in an ical feed to correctly add it to a calendar. Incidentally the calendar you are trying to import there does actually have an ical link, which is what you would use instead of the rss feed. Hope that helps you get to where you need to be 🙂
  4. It does, but thats not a feature of the platform at the present time unfortunately, as the number is for number of notifications you havent seen, rather than items you haven't read. As soon as you click on the notifications, you have seen you have notifications, so the number would disappear Please do feel free to post this up within our suggestions are if you wish to see a change in the future.
  5. You are looking at the commerce>Support guide there, so you wont see items for pages there. Please see this guide which shows how you add these. This is in relation to a recipe database, but the concept is the same no matter what the database .
  6. I have flagged this to our developers, as I mentioned. The reason I mention the above, is due to the setting itself. You can select you wish to ask for a billing and shipping address for non-physical items, but cannot select one or the other. So it may be that this needs to be changed. I do need to emphasise though that I have flagged to our developers for the reason Im not sure what we can and cannot send. So there is every possibility that may be incorrect
  7. It was simply so I could look back on your system there. From what you have set, its more likely this is going to be a change request that is needed than a bug fix I suspect
  8. It wouldnt. It would remove the need to add one at all. I have flagged this for our developers as mentioned, so they can review. In the meantime, do you have an example transaction number?
  9. You can remove the need for a user to enter an address at all in this case. You could do this from the checkout tab in Commerce->Payments->Settings . I will however mark this for our developers to review, in case they have anything to add
  10. Im not sure I understand what you mean here, as it does exactly that. As you can see in my screenshot, only the number is removed. The top item there is still unread as I havent visited it
  11. No problem at all. Glad to see you are back online 🙂
  12. There is nothing specific, other than the requirement for an address if it's a recurring item. If it is, then an address is actually required by the paypal API. Have you contacted paypal on this to let them know these are not physical items?
  13. You had a custom URL set in your storage method. This has now been corrected for you, and your site is back online
  14. You can actually use piping, which would be better in most cases
  15. You would need to check this with your email provider. Usually when something is downloaded via pop3 it would then no longer be present, however it seems it is in your case. So each time it checks the item is there, and it will create a new topic
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. Thank you for letting us know 🙂
  18. I have moved this over to our developer forum, since its not general support this one. 🙂
  19. I will move this to our community support area, as this would be outside the scope of our standard support, being both 3rd party and redirection from another platform. Hopefully someone else will have come across this that can assist.
  20. The reality is, we have to go down the route of most probable and work our way down the list. Unfortunately the most common causes, by quite a margin, are 3rd party addons and hosting issues. This is not in any way to say the issue may not be related to ourselves. It may be. But we have to check the most probable before anything else. After all, if someone took a specific car making a strange noise to a garage, and they have seen 1000 before whereby its being caused by a window seal they had fitted, you wouldnt check every other part of the car first. You would of course check that window seal, then go from there. This is all we are doing when we ask this. With regards your issue, we would actually need to disable them ourselves when testing also. This would only be for a manner of a min while looking (most of the time not even that). If you can provide a specific moderator you know to be having the issue, we can then take a look from there, rather than us picking a moderator. As found there, Jim picked one you happened to know why.
